Valerie's P.O.V
Joel and I were leaning into each other. Yes we ended up kissing. Valerie: "This time the kiss felt right." I smiled at him and I saw a tint of pink rising his soft cheeks. Joel: "Yes, last time I caught you off guard." Valerie: "Yes you did but I also liked the kiss."
My head was resting against his chest and we were looking up at the stars. It was getting pretty late. We decided to head back. The whole car ride back I was sleeping. A few minutes later I was in his arms. I woke up and smiled. He looked down at me and smiled as well. Valerie: "You don't have to do this." Joel: "Do what?" Valerie: "Carry me." Joel: "I didn't want to wake you up." Valerie: "You should have." He put me down and walked me to my room. I opened the door and offered if he wanted to come in. Joel: "Get some rest, I'll talk to you later." He kissed me again. Valerie: "Okay and once again caught me off guard." He laughed. Joel: "Yeah I guess I did, you better watch out." He smirked and left. I didn't really know what he meant by that.
I wake up to my phone ringing. The name on the screen made me smile. I got a good morning text from Joel. Yay!! Joel's text: “Good morning beautiful, you're probably still sleeping just thought I'd be the first one to text you anyways last night was amazing, we should have more nights like those. I'll probably be in the studio all day which sucks because I wanted to see you, I have something I have to ask you but I prefer doing it in person. Well Princess enjoy your day and if you need anything give me a call.” Awe how sweet, I decide to text him back. Valerie's text: “Good morning to you as well and I also had an amazing time last night. We should definitely plan out more days like those. And thank you hope you also enjoy you day! :)” I wonder what he wants to ask. Hmm... Could it be? No it and it's only a one time thing right?
Few hours later
Ugh! This is too much. I can't handle all of this anymore but hey it's worth it. All this work is worth it because I love what I do for a living now. Monica: “Hey I'm going out if you need anything give me a call!” I look up at her. Dayum this girl is well dressed! Valerie: “What's the special occasion? And why wasn't I invited?!” Monica: “Chill out dude and I'm just hanging with a new friend.” Lies! Every time she lies she plays with her hand. Every time I lie I put my hand behind my neck or on my wrist. Valerie: “And your going all dressed up just to hang out with this new friend?” Monica: “Yeah, well see we are going out to eat to this fancy place. ” Valerie: “You know y'all could have just gone out for pizza and some Starbucks. ” Haha classic me. Monica: “Well yeah but.. ” I cut her off. Valerie: “But you're going on a date with that one adorable guy. What's his name? Wasn't it Yoandri? Awe how cute you should see yourself blush. Ya sembraron los tomates! Monica I know when you lie it's obvious. And why tell me that you're going on a date with him?” Monica: “Yoo shut up! I am not blushing! But yeah he's adorable and why would I you didn't tell me about the kiss with Joel.” Damn, she's right. Valerie: “Well have fun you two and don't get into any trouble. ” I smirked and she slightly laughed. After she left I wanted pizza and Starbucks now. I headed out and once I reached the lobby something caught my eye. Well more like someone. That someone brought back memories. Memories that I did not want to remember. They were to hurtful. Out of no where I started thinking of Joel. I'm so into him. But will he just be another hurtful memory or will he be the one?
