As I'm waking up I see Joel. He still had me in his arms and I smiled. I try to get out of his arms without waking him up. Just as I grabbed his arm to move it away from my waist he starts waking up. Joel: Good morning beautiful, how'd you sleep? He smiled. Beautiful? What happened last night? Why can't I remember? Valerie: Good morning Joel and I slept like a baby. How about you? Joel: I slept like a baby too. He laughed. I looked up at him and he did the same. He leaned in. As he got closer to my lips I was getting nervous. Once his soft pink lips were on mine I gave in. He kissed me so passionately. He got on top of me and started to kiss down my neck and I wrapped my arms around his neck. Something didn't seem right. Valerie: Joel please stop. He still kept kissing me. I tried to pull away but he wouldn't let me go. Valerie: Joel please stop! At that time he stopped and looked at me. Joel: What's wrong? Valerie: This isn't right. Joel: And why would you say that? This wasn't Joel. There was something odd about him that I did not like and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I get up and make my way to the door. As I reach for the doorknob he pulls me away. He had a very tight grip of my arm and he was hurting me. Valerie: Joel let me go you're hurting me. Joel: Where are you going? Valerie: I'm going to go get Monica. Joel: I don't think so. By the time he had me pinned up on the wall. I was so scared. I started crying. Valerie: JOEL STOP! He wouldn't stop so I kicked him away. I fell hard on the floor and bumped my head on the floor. I heard someone calling my name. At that moment I had realized that I was dreaming. Well it wasn't a dream it was a nightmare. Joel: VALERIE PLEASE WAKE UP! VALERIE PLEASE WAKE UP! As I started to wake up I saw Joel with a worried look on his face. He hugged me. Joel: Are you okay? Did you have a nightmare? How did he know? Valerie: Yes, I had a nightmare but how did you know? Joel: You were screaming and you were crying. As I thought about what I had dreamed about I started to cry. He held me in his arms. Joel: It's all over now. Don't worry you're safe with me. I actually did feel safe with this Joel and not the Joel from my nightmare.
