(28) He Would Have Been Proud

Hiro stepped back and ran a hand through his unruly ebony hair, gazing at his newly made invention.

The white robot waddled out of it's red charging box and did his signature wave, "Hello, I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion, hello Hiro."

This said boy ran to the robot, engulfing him in a big hug.

"I did it," he smiled, "I actually did it."

"And may I present to you, the top student of SFIT, Hiro Hamada."

He stepped up on the stage, medals dangling around his neck, and a diploma in his grasp.

Hiro took a deep breath as he looked around the crowd, a sea of hair and togas.

But a certain crowd of people seemed to pop up from the crowd.

He grinned and tapped the microphone, "Hello, I am Hiro Hamada, the younger brother of Tadashi Hamada,"

Pausing he continued, remembering his brother's warm eyes, "I don't have that much to say about myself, but I do have people to thank.."

"Aunt Cass, thanks for being my family."

The said brunette smiled and nodded, tears sprouting from the edge of her eyes.

"Honey Lemon, for always being here for me when I fail at stuff and always cheering me up."

Honey laughed and waved, the boy waved back as well.

"Gogo, for motivating me, and always beating up those guys when I go botfighting."

Gogo popped a gum and nodded.

"Wasabi, for making sure my lab doesn't become a complete dump, and for helping me with everything."

Wasabi wailed hysterically and shook Gogo's shoulders.

"Fred, the best dude ever."

A voice called from the crowd, "YO!"

"And, Tadashi.."

A gust of wind blew around Hiro, his hair mishelving a little bit.

"Thank you for always looking out for me, you were the reason I was even here in the first place, thank you for being the best big brother a person could ever be..."

He sniffed and wiped a tear, "I don't know what his reaction would be right now, or how he would celebrate, or how he would scold me for having a terrible speech.."

The crowd laughed, Hiro paused for a moment.

"But, I know he would have been proud of me, I love you Tadashi, and thank you."

This was really lame, but yeah..

If you didn't get it, this is basically Hiro's graduation speech.

I rewatched Big Hero 6 today and the Hamada Bros feels came back.

Thus this lame one shot was born.

As you may or may not have also know, I am on school hiatus, and I'm even supposed to be on Wattpad, but I have my ways ;)

So yus.
