Nightmares and Acceptance

Random Question of the day: Are there any anime fans? If so what is your favorite anime?

    Lillie started to have bad dreams everynight. Each of them were always the same. She would be stuck in a cell deep underground with no one to see or hear her. But tonight's dream was a bit different.

Lillie's Dream
Lillie sees she is in the cell but this time the door was busted down. She cautiously walks through the door and starts heading forward. She made a few turns before she heard a voice. 'Lillie...' Lillie immediately stops in her tracks. She stands completely still in front of two paths. 'Lillie...' she hears again from the right. She runs down the right path. The voice continued to call her name. The voice, she recognized the sweet harmonious tone. She keeps running til she sees a bright glowing figure. It was a woman with beautiful golden hair. It didn't take long for Lillie to recognize the glorious figure.

"Mother..." the figure turns around. It was Catherine. Lillie feels both happiness and sadness rushing through. Tears pour out as she runs to Catherine. Catherine opens up her arms as Lillie runs into her arms. Catherine hugs her tight as a single tear falls down. Lillie smiles at the warm, motherly embrace she had missed. She looks up a couple tears gliding down her cheek. Catherine wipes both tears softly from Lillie's cheek. She plants a small kiss on her forehead.

'Come find me Lillie...' Lillie is shocked at her words.

"What do you mean? Mother I don't understand..." before Lillie could say anything else. Her mother was pulled away by someone. Lillie freaked out, feeling her Mother's arms pulled away from around her. She runs towards where Catherine went, but stopped by what seemed like to be a wall. She starts banging on the wall and yells. "Mother! Mother don't leave me!! Mother!!"

Back to Reality
  "Lillie...Lillie!" Loki yelled trying to wake her up. Lillie was screaming and thrashing in her sleep. Lillie finally opens her eyes and shots up in the bed.

"Mom! Mother! Please come back!!" she screams out. Loki pulls her close and holds her.

"Lillie it's ok. It was just a dream," Loki tried to calm her down. Lillie breathes frantically and she cries softly in his chest.

"I saw Mother in the dream," Lillie said through her cries. Loki froze, it had been a few months since they even mentioned Catherine. It pained Lillie and especially himself to talk about her. "She was like an angel. She told me to find her before someone came and grabbed her. They took her away I couldn't get her," Loki rubbed her back gently and kisses the top of her head. But, even he, himself was trying not to cry. Lillie finally looked up at him. "Father, can I ask you something?"

"What is it?"

"How did you meet Mother? And what made you fall in love with her?" Loki looked at Lillie and couldn't help but let a tear fall. He takes a deep breath.

"I met Catherine when I was put into a cell at SHIELD. She was assigned to be my guard you can say. Her job was to check on me every hour or so and being me food. Then one day, I challenged her to game of chess. I won of course but she kept coming. Eventually, we talked she told me her greatest fear was failing. She was afraid of failing because she raised to be success as she would say. I think at that moment I started to feel something. I didn't know it was love at the time." Loki could feel the smile on his lips and tears threatening to erupt. "But, it was when she came to my cell crying and told me she had to leave that I knew I loved her and couldn't bare to be away from her," Lillie took in every word.

"Sounds like you two were really in love."

"Yes... she told me once that more than wanting to be top agent she wanted a family. She said she would have up to four kids. Two boys and two girls," Lillie smiled she used to bother her Mother on longing for a sibling.

Loki then begins to cry as he thought he truly failed not only his love but his daughter. Lillie hugs him tight. That night both finally accepted that Catherine is gone and this was their new lives. They had to stick together, for her sake.

Hello peoples I am back. The trip was awesome and amazing. I hope you liked this chapter it may not be perfect. But, I was trying to write a filler. Also, I will be writing another story. I haven't thought up a title yet but I will tell you when I post the first chapter. Well, I will see you in the next chapter. Peace....
