The Daughter of Loki

The Final Battle

     Lillie closes her eyes waiting for impact. She waits....but nothing. Lillie slowly opens her eyes to see a golden staff blocking the impact of the dagger. She follows the staff's path to see an angry, determined Loki. "Get away from my daughter," Loki says simply before pushing The Other back. He stumbles before Loki blast him into a stone wall with a bright blue beam.

"Father!" Lillie shouts happily. Loki rushes over leaning down to her.

"Lillie thank the gods. Are you alright?" He asks with worry and panic in his voice.

"Yes I'm fine Father..." Loki begins to remove the rope from her left hand. Lillie felt another hand untying the rope from her right. She turns and gasps with a sad, happy expression.

"M-Mother...." Catherine smiles sweetly up at Lillie.

"Yes...it's me," she wipes the tear from Lillie's cheek. Once the ropes are removed, Loki and Catherine help her to stand. She immediately jumps up to hug Catherine.

"Please tell me this isn't a dream...." Catherine hugs her tightly tears welling in her eyes.

"It's real my sweet Lillie....I'm here," Lillie looks at her then over at Loki. She pulls him over into a group hug of this small beautiful family.

Now would not be the time for celebration though. The Other regains himself as he picks up his large dagger running towards, then lunging for Loki. He is then hit by a shield gliding in the air and tossing him back. The small family jump, Lillie watches the familiar silver star and striped circular shield. She smiles slowly picking it up. "Mind handing it back kid?" Steve says walking over.

"Steve!" He chuckles as Lillie gave him a hug and hands him his shield. He smiles at Lillie before pushing her behind him and blocking the blow from The Other with his indestructible shield. Catherine rushes to Lillie's side to pull her back as Mjolnir crashes through the window. Thor soon follows after as he starts to attack The Other alongside Loki.

He growls being surrounded. He sees Catherine pulling Lillie away. He let's out a loud battle cry as the dagger is thrown right towards them. Lillie sees the projectile weapon. "Mother!" Catherine sees the weapon and pushes Lillie back behind her. The weapon stops inches away from Catherine's face.

"Sorry I'm a bit late..." Lillie peeks out from behind.

"Valinomia?" Lillie sees Valinomia walk forward with her eyes giving a magenta glow and her purple hair waving around. She smiles before sending the dagger flying right at The Other.

He growls in pain as the dagger gets him in the side. Lillie glances over see the familiar glow of her ring. She looks over at the fight as the dagger is yanked out of his side and he swings it at all of them. Lillie looks between the two, she then runs out from behind Catherine towards the tiny ring. "Lillie....LILLIE!" Catherine reaches out to stop her. Lillie picks up her ring and dashes behind a group of crates She looks at her ring in her grasp. She then squeezes it tightly as her staff slowly appears in her hands. She closes her eyes allowing every ounce of anger and sadness to build up inside her.

The Other pushes away the others as he stands over a weaken Loki. "Now...to end this ONCE and for ALL!"

"HEY!" The Other looks to see the blue glowing of Lillie's staff. She steps out from the darkness of large crates. With every step her battle armor appears.

Looking much like Loki's only more feminine and younger. Shaping to her body perfectly with the wrapped skirt that separates and flows to right behind the knee, black and green coat with gold armor on the shoulder and wrist, and helmet like Loki's adorns her head.

Loki looks at his daughter in absolute shock. The Other looks shocked as well but growls in anger as he tries to stab Loki but is shot back by a VERY powerful blue beam shining brighter than ever.

"You will not harm my Father," she shoots him skidding across the floor. "Nor my Mother." The Other grunts in pain as he is kicked back once more. "Nor any of my dear friends and family," she pins him to the wall with pure anger in her magic. "I have my family together," her staff glows brighter each time more power surging through. "And I will not allow anyone to split it up AGAIN!!" she sends a strong blue beam at The Other making him scream in anguish. Lillie doesn't let up as all the memories of her birthday, her Mother being imprisoned, her Father being put in chains. Everything that tore her family apart. She screams out in anger causing the beam to become bigger and brighter.

After what seemed hours she stops allowing The Other to fall to the ground. Lillie falls to her knees exhausted. Her armor starts to fade and staff clangs on the ground. She breathes heavily seeing Loki and Catherine slowly approach her. She smiles a bit before her vision becoming blurry and darkness fills her vision.
