PANIC ATTACK "JUST BREATH."

"stiles?" y/n called to her best friend.
"where'd you go? stiles?" y/n called out again as she walked up the stairs of stiles house. the boy had texted her repeatedly telling her something was wrong. now when she showed up he wasn't answering. "stiles you're starting to freak me out!" she exclaimed as she approached his bedroom.
loud, heavy breathings could be heard from the other side of the door causing y/n to throw the door open.
stiles was laying on the ground, tears falling down his eyes. "oh shit!" y/n exclaimed as she walked towards him. she recalled how she would freak out when people touched her when she was having panic attacks and made sure not to touch him."stiles! hey stiles look at me." y/n said as she waved her hand in front of his face. "breath stiles. come on it's okay, breath with me." y/n said as he stared into her eyes.
"good. okay stiles concentrate on my breathing okay? just breathe with me. just breath." y/n whispered. eventually stiles had calmed down. "thank god." y/n said as she finally relaxed.
"thank you." stiles exclaimed with a small smile on his face as he continued to relax. once y/n could see he was okay she cupped his cheeks. "anytime."
