"and who may you be?" a attractive boy asked as he sat down next to y/n. y/n rolled her eyes then proceeded to take a bite of her apple and look around the cafeteria.

"i'm someone who is not allowed to associate with you." y/n finally said, smirking at the boy who she recognized as jackson whittemore.

"now who told you that?" he whispered out trying his best to be seductive as he looked into her eyes.

"maybe you know him? he's my brother, derek hale." she said. a big smile on her face from his reaction.

"oh, okay." he said slowly moving away from the hale.

"don't worry, i'll tell him you said hi though!" y/n said as laughs escaped her mouth at the horrified expression on his face.

"it's okay, i'll pass." jackson said quickly. he walked fast across the cafeteria, threw his food away and left as loud laughs came from y/n.

although, that was only the beginning of their relationship.
