So another person made fanart! I'm so happy. This made me cry. I have this saved to my memory. Shoutout to @ankapapa who was the lovely deviant of this drawing! Anybody who makes me fanart I want to hug.

"So what's Aoi Kiku like?" I asked. We had already started on our journey. We left early this morning around when the sun rose. Takara was teaching me how that when the sun rises it's around 6:00 am. (I'm using my time)

"Well, first it's an island, and it is surrounded by a forest that usually has a blanket of fog. When you get close it opens up, and the village is surrounded by Blue chrysanthemums. Also, at night the prettiest owls can be seen. White faces like the moon. It's a small yet pretty village that isn't known by a lot of outsiders." Chikako perked up. She must really like this village.

"How come you know then?" I inquired.

"When I was still with my village. I was sent on a mission to follow someone, and he led me here." Takara answered, but I could tell by her tone further questions weren't up for debate.

"Neat." I responded.

"Also, Hima." Takara looked at me serious. "Your going to need to be careful. That means we need to use you false name. Despite it being a secret village, higher level Mist ninja still know of its existence and come here, mostly on vacation."

"Right." I agreed. Suddenly, I was taken by surprise by Chikako. She had slapped her hands on both of my cheeks. "What was that for!?"

"What?" She asked innocently. "I just put some dirt on your face to make you more masculine. We don't want Hiro to get discovered right?"

I wanted to argue, but knowing her it would go nowhere, I just sighed and kept walking. I didn't even bother rubbing the dirt off my face.

We finally reached the shore. You could see the mist over the water. Where we were it was clearer, but I could tell if we went in we won't be able to see for long.

"We are going to use our chakra to navigate." Takara smiled reading my mind. Takara walked to the shore to a small boat. It would fit the three of us and one more. "Alright, get in."

We all boarded the small boat. I sat in the front, Chikako in the middle, and Takara in the back. I watched as Takara started the small motor.

"Life jackets." Takara threw orange life jackets at Chikako and I. We quickly put them on.

"So how long will this take?" I asked them. Hopefully not long.

"Probably a hour and a half to two hours." Chikako answered. "So get comfortable."

"Oh." I responded. This was going to be boring then.

It had been over an hour, and Chikako was sleeping. Takara was fiddling with some scrolls that I couldn't see. Me? I was sky watching.

Well, I guess you could call it cloud watching, but I did not see any clouds. The sky was a misty blue. The only thing I saw were birds. I squinted towards their direction noticing something dark.

A cloud? A storm cloud?

I watched for a little while and came to a conclusion. It was a storm cloud. It was getting closer.

"Takara." I said to get her attention.

"Hm....?"

"Look at the sky." I told her getting frantic while pointing at the grey clouds getting closer.

"Oh, that's bad." She muttered. Her actions suddenly became more panicked. She hid it well. Takara shook Chikako. "Chikako."

"Hmm..." Chikako groggily replied.

"Wake up. There is a storm coming." Takara ordered. I noticed she was becoming more panicked.

"The weather was supposed to be clear." Chikako retaliated. As if the sky disagreed it started raining.

The clouds were now overhead. The sky was stained with the dark clouds. All of could hear was the roaring wind and the rain as in hit the ocean. The wind stirred up the ocean causing waves to shake us about.

I gripped the boat sides of the boat for dear life. Chikako was doing the same.

"We'll be alright. I'll protect you two." Takara tried to console us. She took us into her arms and hugged us tight.

Without warning a big wave hit us. I felt the boat turn upside .down. Before I knew it I was out of Takara's hold and in the ocean. On the way down I hit my head on the boat's side.

I opened my eyes and saw the dark water. The light I could see was slowly getting dimmer. My eyes stung and my head was killing me, but I was frantically swimming towards the surface. The life jacket was helping, which made my efforts go faster.

Almost as soon as I reached the surface, I passed out.

Sorry the chapter is soooo short!
