SonAmy Boom: 5 Days

Chapter - 3

Sonic POV •

It was an brand new day a day for fun, family time, laughter, excitement.

But for me it was a time for sadness I had 4 more days left of life and I had to spend it the best way I can.

So what's a better way to spend the last two days of my life than eating chilidogs.

"Sonic are you really going to waste your time doing this?" Amy said tapping her foot impatiently.

Just like me, I swear I almost shed at tear. "What other way is there to spend the last 4 days of my life?"

"Hmm, I don't know maybe spend time with your friends?" Amy sad shaking her head. "Well your here aren't you?" I said poking her cheek.

She crossed her arms and looked away from me. We were finally next in line to get are food.

"Sonic are you really going to waste your time doing this?" Amy said tapping her foot impatiently.
I looked up to see Dave the intern slouching over the desk. I kinda find it weird that's his name like that's his last name.

"Hello, like, what can I get you?" Dave said to me tiredly. Well that's an amazing way to recognize a customer.

"I'll take a Chilidog and the lovely lady by me will have a cheeseburger." I said taking out the money to pay for the food.
I gave him the money and he walked to the back of the hut where all the food is held.

Some seconds later he came back with are order. We said thank you and we walked to a table and sat down.

I was about to bite into my food until I saw Amy looking fidgety. I sighed and held her hand tightly.
"Ames, look, I know you think that what I did was wrong but it was for the best". I started to hold both her hands with my one hand.

"No, it wasn't you should've let me die instead of the other way around." Amy started to shed a tear.

"Amy I can't let you die I just couldn't let that happen to you!"

"Sonic, the world needs a hero and that's you they don't need me!"
"Don't you ever say that Amy, the world does need you!"

"Your the worlds' renounced hero everyone adores you!Your the first person people ask for help."

"That doesn't mean anything Amy."

"Yes it does Sonic! Your just not paying attention."

At this point Amy was crying a waterfall, making people stare at us. I tried to calm Amy down but it wasn't working.
"Amy, the world needs you I need you."

"Too bad your not going to live long enough to be able to need me."

"Amy look can we just drop it and finish are lunch?"

"Don't try to push stuff away like you always do Sonic!"

"Who says I was trying to push it away your just embarrassing me?!"

"Oh so now I'm embarrassing?"

"You know I didn't mean it like that Ames."
"Don't try to call me Ames!"

"Than what should I call you?"

"You know my name so call me Amy from now on, just call me that!"

Amy snatched her hand away

"Amy will you just stop your taking this way to far."

"Says the person who just killed himself for someone else."

"You know what I'm getting tired of you right now Amy I risked my life to save you what don't you get about that."
Amy than got up out her chair and walked away with hurt in her eyes.
I picked up are food and ran after her.

"Amy come on your overreacting about this all I did was-"

"All you did was risk your life for mine while not noticing people need you and that we're going to miss you and now I can't live my life without realizing I caused Sonic The Hedgehog to kill himself, yeah I've noticed."

"Ames"

"What did I tell you about calling me Ames you know what just leave me alone!"
"Wait Amy-"

"I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE!"

Amy than ran off to who knows where while I just stood there like an idiot.

Seeing my whole life slip away from me.
I looked down at our food and started to eat it.

Hey, I paid good money for this I'm not letting it go to waste I paid $24 for this stuff.

They didn't even give me a toy or a drink or a side to go with it.
