The Party From Hell...

No one answered their phones, no one. I called Karma, no answer. I called Shane, no answer. So unfortunately, I had to bring Lauren. Why? I desperately needed someone to come to the doctor with me. I'm following Shane's advice to get a check-up. Something I initially wasn't going to do until Liam gave the now infamous "Prom Speech". This is just a formality though. I think Shane was full of it about the false negatives. I mean who's ever heard of that?

"Amy Raudenfeld?" The nurse called.

I stood and followed her in with Lauren in tow.

I finally got in touch with Karma and met her at her... umm backyard. She looks as if she just took a shower. Her hair was wet and she was wearing a towel.

"So... how was your night?"

She shrugged, "Fine... I had sex."

"What?"

"Yep."

"With who, Wade?"

"With Wade... and Shane."

I chuckled, "Shane? Karma, Shane is gay."

"Yeah well, maybe he's questioning his sexuality. Like you."

I stomped out of her backyard in a huff.

"Ugh! She just makes me so angry! I really needed her this morning and she ignored my call to be petty!"

"What was going on this morning?"

I paused, "Oh, nothing really. It was a girl thing."

I laid down on my bed staring at the ceiling talking to Liam.

"Speaking of Karma, did you know she had a threesome with Shane and—

"Wade? I kind of thought she was making it up."

When I go to check it out I'm in shock of how people are walking into my house right now. I run over to Lauren who's standing at the
door in an oversize t-shirt.

"Looks like Lauren's got herself in a mess, that will most likely become my mess. Our parents are gone for the weekend and she's
throwing a party. Can you come over here? I might need some backup."

"Sure thing."

I hung up the and walked over to Lauren.

"Lauren? What the hell?"

Just then Karma walked up to the door.

"Thanks for inviting me. The invites were all over Tumblr." She says sarcastically and walked past us.

Between keeping people from breaking my mother's things and trying to keep the noise down so we don't get the cops called on us, Karma's doing body shots... so she's doing swell. As I start to walk over to her, Shane pulls me aside. I have a short convo with him and Karma before being pulled upstairs. Someone apparently puked all over our bathtub. Nice. Lauren had plan this night to lose her virginity to Tommy, who's a dumbass. She dumped Theo and Lizbeth has already lost her virginity which she hates. I guess it's a competition.

"It could be worse?"

"How Amy?"

"Well, you could be me right now..."

I sigh, "I guess that's true. I don't think anyone would want to be you. Except maybe Karma."

We both laughed at that, because it's sad and probably true.

When I got back downstairs, Karma was dancing on a table in a wet shirt... with no bra.

"Karma?!? What are you doing?!?"

"It's just nipples! Everybody's got em!"

Liam arrives finally and finds me. "Karma is out of control! We've got to do something."

I sigh, "Could this night get any worse?"

Yes, yes it can.

Wade shows up with Malibu Barbie. Liam and I noticed him at the same time and we immediately went to confront him. According to Wade, the threesome never happened. We really didn't believe him.

"I'm telling the truth! Here's what happened. I told Karma and Shane to kiss first, they did and when they pulled away I chickened out. I realized I couldn't do it. I was just doing this to prove that I was over my ex and I'm clearly not. After that, I left them alone. I don't know what happened afterwards."

We looked at each other and shook our heads.

I found Karma out by the pool chugging down beer. She's drunk, we argue, and she falls backwards into my pool. I rolled my eyes, but then it turned serious quick when she doesn't emerge to the top. I panic and dive in after her. Of course that's what Drunk Karma wanted. We make up in the water even though I'm sure she won't remember any of this.

"I just don't understand what's wrong with you?"

"Well, that makes two of us."

"You're moving on with Liam and I'm still here. Sad, lonely, homeless Karma."

"Look, I know things are hard for you right now, but I just don't understand why you're always trying to be someone else. When the real you is so fantastic."

"Well, when you say it I almost believe it." Says a very wet Karma.

"Then I'll keep saying it."

"You're the best friend ever."

She hugs me and I hug her back. When we release each other, Karma kisses me and it's very different. This is probably the most passionate she's ever kissed me. It definitely beats our other kisses by a mile. The kiss lasted a brief moment, until the backyard lights came on and we got everyone's attention. When Karma realizes all eyes were on her, she plays it off and swims away.

What the hell was that?!?

I looked around to see everyone still staring at me. Liam was staring at me. Before I could say anything he walked back inside and the attention shifted quickly back to the party.
