Hannah's pov

My eyes scan the crowd of the huge arena. It was unbelievable how much support we had. Playing for the women's USA volleyball team is something that I always dreamed of. I never thought that one day I'd be here but look at me now. (Totally just went on a rapping spree right there. Cause I listen to that song before games...no?okay I'll shut up) I look around the entire arena and was somewhat disappointed when I didn't see Devin sitting out there. Normally he never misses my games. He tries very hard to come to every one of them. And I can always count on him to be sitting front row.

Today was different however. He had a summer league games to attend but after that he said he'd be straight down to see me. I honestly don't know how I'd be able to get through things with out him. He's my main support. Besides my family of course but I don't get to see them a lot now since I'm traveling with the USA team.

Me and Devin haven't seen each other in a long time. Mostly it's my fault because I've been so busy between practices and the games. We have been moving along very successfully and I'm proud of the team.

"Hey Hannah! Come out here and warm up. The game is about to start." One of my closet teammate yells at me from across the floor. I run over to her and we begin to warm up by doing some hitting drills.(I've only played volleyball in gym and at a few parties. I'm sorry if this isn't accurate lol)

After a few more minutes the horn blows to signal the beginning of the game.

It was a close game but surely enough we came out with the win. After the game and talking to the media it was finally time to go back to the hotel for the night. I was exhausted and couldn't be more excited to hit the hay.

My phone starts to buzz in my pocket and I pull it out. The caller ID shows it was Devin. A small smile tugs at my lips and I answer it.

"Hey." I say softly.

"Hey baby." He says softly and I missed his voice so much.

"How was your day?" Our conversation always consisted talking about our days then lead into some pointless conversation that left us laughing.

"It's been good. Yours?" He asks. I was just getting in the elevator.

"Good. We won today."

"That's great. I'm proud of you." He sounds exhausted like me and I wouldn't blame him.

"How did your games go?" You ask and start to rummage around in your bag to find your room key.

"Good as always. We won as well." You could tell how tired we were from how short our sentences were.

"Good job." You say in a cheerful tone. Your here some shifting in the background. He must already be laying down for bed. You get to your room and open up the door.

You throw your bag down and take a seat on the bed. Your body collapses down flat on the bed and you felt something.

"Devin I think someone's in my room." You whisper and hear a faint laugh from behind you. Your eyes widen and you nearly jump out of your skin when you see Devin laying under the covers.

"Surprise." He starts laughing really hard.

"That. Is. Not. Funny." I hit him repeatedly for scaring me.

"Ouch! Ouch! Okay I'm sorry! It wasn't funny." Devin says trying not to laugh again.

"What are you doing here? Better question is how did you get in here?" I watch him sit up in the bed. He had a gray Nike sweatshirt on and what looks to be some black shorts.

"Well I came to see you cause I missed you so much. And I just asked the front desk for another key." He replies simply.

"You should be ashamed for scaring your girlfriend like that." I was still not over it and my heart was still pounding.

"I'm sorry. Come here." He coos while motioning for me to come lay next to him. I don't say another word and just crawl up into the bed next to him. He wraps his long arms around me I lay my head on his chest. How I truly missed this and just him in general.

"I missed you Hannah." He traces gentle shapes on my back with his finger tips.

"You read my mind." I say. I raise up from my spot just little so I could reach his lips. I've defiantly missed those lips.

A few kisses were all that we needed before we fell fast asleep in each other's arms. Both of us were equally as exhausted and we both felt safer now that we were back together. We always hated being to far apart.

It was kinda short so I apologize for that but I still hope you enjoyed it Hannah!!
