My nightmare becomes real

(If you haven't yet read "Your mine only mine" read it because the nightmare was in that chapter and I finna ain't explaining again😂)

After I left Marks house in the morning,Alexis came over again,(she practically lives at my house I swear).

I put on a floral romper and a pair of white converse,putting my promise ring on.

At this point I already told Alexis about me and Mark she was happy for the most part.

We decided we would walk to Alexis's house,it was like 2 blocks away we started our walk,we passed Kadens house,he was out side playing football with his younger brother,he walked in front of me stopping me,"Hey Maddie"he held my hand "Uhm Hi Kaden"I stared at him,"LET GO OF HER" Alexis yelled and slapped his wrist.

I pulled away and me and Alexis ran into the alley next to her house,I already had a feeling this was a bad idea,we ran ,we were almost on the other side of the alley but I felt Kaden grab me and pull me into him,Alexis hadn't noticed I stopped yet.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!"I screamed kicking the air as he lifted me.

Alexis went to get her mom.i got pushed against the wall,it hurt.i just sunk down the wall crying into my knees,"why did I always have to get into these situations"I sighed to myself

"Where is Hunter when you need him ?" I whispered to myself

I looked up to see someone fighting Kaden,I couldn't tell who since the alley way was so dark,Kaden fell to the ground,and the other person walked towards me,I cried ,this was worst than Kadem,it was,it is was a stranger...

He lifted me up and I continued to cry not knowing who it was. "Maddie,settle down its me,Hunter"he rubbed my back.

I immediately held onto him tightly,"I love you Hunter" I said my face buried in his chest.

"I love you more than you'll ever know."he let out a sigh and kissed my head

I just laid my head on his shoulder thinking,about everything.

"Where's Brandon?"I asked breaking the silence

"At home"he started walking out of the alley.

I just stayed in his arms clinging to him

I knew he was smiling ,he always did when he held me.

We walked back to his house,as soon as we got there I ran into Brandons room "Brandon we need to talk" I sat next to him

"Okay I'm ready" he put down his phone and turned to me "I like Hunter" I sighed

"Um I know it's so obvious" he laughed

I sat looking at my promise ring,I showed Brandon not saying anything

"I saw on Instagram,It's cute" he smiled at me

"Thanks" I put it back on

"But I don't no what to do ,I love them both"I sighed

He handed me a note book and a pen "Write down what you like about Hunter,and what you dislike "

I wrote for like 15 minutes "okay done"

He flipped to another page "now write what you like about Mark,and what you dislike"

It took about 20 minutes this time.

"Now read them both"he sighed

I read Hunters first ,he had way more problems than Mark,Mark only had 2 ,Hunter had 12"

But Hunter had more good qualities than Mark.

"I think I know what I'm going to do,thanks for helping Brando"I smiled

"No problem"he hugged me

I walked out,Hunter was in his room,I went and sat by him

"Oh Hey Mads"he kissed my hand

"Hi"I said with no emotion

"Are you ok?"he looked at me

I looked at him his eyes met mine again "I'm...in love"

"With who?"our eyes stayed staring at each other

"You."

He stared at me "what about m-" I interrupted him

"I don't know"I sighed and laid next to him,we both just laid there looking at the ceiling for like an hour

I felt stupid.

I felt empty.

Useless.

"You ok?" He said snapping me back to reality

"Not at all"I sighed

"Everything will be fine"he pulled me into him

"Maybe"I said wrapping one leg around his

"It's cute when you do that"

I stared at him"I've done that before ?"

"You do that every time your nervous,you like knowing someone is there"

"How did you know that?"he was right ,completely right

"I know a lot about you Maddie"

After talking for a while we both fell asleep...
