Chapter 14 - Saying Goodbye

We were now stood in front of Telmarines and Narnian's

Narnia belongs to the Narnian's just as it does to man any Telmarines who want to stay and live in peace are welcome too. Bu for those who wish, Aslan will return you to the lad of our fore fathers" Caspian announced 

"it's been generations since we left Telmar" one said.

"we are not referring to Telmar. your ancestors were seafaring brigands, pirates run aground on a Island. there they found a cave a rare chasm that brought them here from their world. the same world as our Kings and Queens" we looked at each other they were from Earth?

"it is to that island i can return you. it is a good place for anyone wishing to make a good start."  he informed them.

"i will go. i will accept the offer." we looked to the General called and he stepped forward

"so will we" Miraz's wife and child also who i presumed was a grandfather.

"because you have spoken first your future in that world shall be good"  he breathed on them, the willow tree turned revealing a doorway everyone gasped. the three walked past us and into the doorway everyone was shocked.

"how do we know he's not leading us to lour death" one shouted

"sire if my example can be of service i will take 11 mice through with no delay" Reep offered  me, Peter and Susan looked at each other

"we'll go" Peter stated stepping forward with me.

"we will?" Ed questioned we turned to them.

"come on our time's up. besides..." he trailed off us going to Caspian and handing him his sward.

"we're not really needed here anymore"  he took it

"i will look after it until your return." Caspian assured

"I'm afraid that's just it...we're not coming back" Susan informed him. Caspian's face dropped 

"we're not?" Lucy asked  looking at us.

"you four are well at least i think he means you four." Peter looked back at Aslan

"but why? did they do something wrong" she asked

"quite the opposite dear one but all thing have their time. your brother and sister have learnt all they can from this world now it's time for them to live in their own.

" it's alright Lou it not how i thought it would be but it's alright" he took her hand i went to Caspian

"i ask that you keep this safe until i return" i handed him by weapons.

"i promise." he vowed.

"what about me" Christopher asked  i turned and grinned at him

"you will come back with us like it should be. A family" he grinned and ran to Aslan

"thank you" father chuckled, he then hugged me and Peter.

"come on" we went to our friends i shook hand with my favourite centaur and hugged the professor.

"I'll miss you Reep? you brave little mouse" i smiled

"as will i your majesty as will i" he bowed, i made my way to Trumpkin

"good by Trumpkin" i curtsied

"your majesty" i smiled and kissed his cheek going to the others i just caught Susan kissing Caspian i covered Christopher's eyes they hugged

"I'm sure when I'm older I'll understand" Lucy whispered i chuckled

"I'm older and i don't want to understand" Ed commented. she made our way to us we smiled. all of us took one final look until we walked through.
