We walked into the tube station where we had left i was now in my blue dress and shoes with a black jacket and hair up. Christopher was holding my hand looking around in wonder i looked back from where we came al that was there were people getting ready for the tube.

"is it always like this" Chris asked me as the tube stopped.

"pretty much" i answered. not letting go of his hand

"Aren't you coming Phyllis?" a boy asked they looked at each other Peter came and hugged us two

"i will see you soon. be good for your mother" he told Christopher.

"yes dad" he grinned Peter took his case from Edmund and got on the tube.

"you don't think there is any way we could get back... i left my new torch in Narnia" i chuckled and waved at them they waved back and we watched the tube close its doors and leave. i sighed

"come on then" i led him away from the tube.

"why don't you go to school Mama" he asked no one payed to him calling me mama thank you father.

"i don't tend to get on well with other kids. Sweetie" i replied as we walked up the steps to the exit.

"but then how do you learn?" i laughed

"i learn from my grandpa" he looked confused

"ah yes you don't know about my life before Narnia well while we're on the train I'll inform you. but first i shall tell you a few thing you need to know." i took a deep breath.

"here on earth we are just regular people to other we or not Queen Emma or King Christopher its just Emma and Christopher. another tan we aren't allowed to do other thing like we could in Narnia because of our age thing are restricted..." i went on to explain things that differ from Narnia.

"so what you say is that nearly everything is different" i laughed

"pretty much. oh and on holidays such as Christmas, Easter those are the same and me and Grandpa visit your fathers family which remind me although i know you want to but you can't call them Grandpapa or Grandmamma they don't know about Narnia and wouldn't understand the logic. to them you will be known as the Professors new child another Orphan he has adopted." i explained

"oh...will i ever be normal around them?" he asked as we looked for a taxi.

"yes in time it might be a little awkward for you at first i remember first visiting them i could be over friendly they had no clue that infact i was their daughter in law but i got used to it." i flagged down a taxi

"train station please" he nodded and we drove to the train station. we kept quiet and i paid the driver.

i looked into my back and pulled out two ticket everything had been altered. we had got on the train and into a compartment where i continued.

"you don't live with Father" he questioned

"no honey here I'm not old enough. i live on the country estate with grandpa oh there is show much to show you now here is the good news you can be yourself around him he has been to Narnia and knows everything Mrs Macready on the other had is the house keeper and is in the dark. Anyway the professor will treat you with respect." i then began telling him my story how the White Witch attacked my parents and i was left on earth. everything he came to understand.

we arrived some hours later at Coombe Halt. the train left and we waited. i heard hooves and i got up.

"our ride is here" i smiled he took my hand we walked down the steps Mrs Macready brought the horse to a halt.

"hello Mr Macready." i greeted

"good afternoon Miss Kirke, young Mr Kirke." she nodded i helped him onto the cart and winked at him as we made our way home, we arrived on the estate and he gaped at the big house.

"wow" i chuckled as we pulled up outside.

"thank you Mrs Macready" we headed inside and i took him up to the Professor. i knocked

"come in" we entered

"grandpa i have someone for you to meet. this is my son Christopher." i stepped away.

"nice to meet you sir" Christopher smiled. Grandpa stood up grinning.

"nice to meet you two my dear boy" they shook hand i closed the door and removed my jacket.

"your mother tells me so much about you. wait does this me you went back." i grinned

"yes 1300 years later it's a long story." which i then began to explain
