Unexpected love

chapter 15

Sara's POV
It is 5:15 and I started getting out of our place. I have to reach Jace's place by 5:30....
"Where are you going?" Robert asks sitting in the couch.
"I have to complete some notes with my physics partner Jace. So I am going to be at his place till 6:15.... then can you pick me up so that we can go to Alan's llace and reach by 6:30?"

"You know I could have given you my notes? "
"I know..... but even Jace wanted to complete his homework. So we thought we could complete homework together"

He seem to dislike the idea but anyway he said "okay you go I will pick you up...."

《At jace's place》
"God jace! your house is a complete mansion.... it is so big!"

"Oh yeah? Okay...well... maybe.."

I admired the paintings on his walls and then I saw a cute little boy and a younger girl of about the same age. "That's my sister chloe! "

"Did you call me?" A pretty girl emerged from a room and asked. "Well no... but anyway meet Sara! My chemistry partner."
"Hello... nice to meet you" I said a bit awkwardly.
"Uh..huh! don't say it so formally! Use that formal tone of yours in front of my parents! Anyway you both study I will bring some snacks...."
"Okay..."

We went to his room and and I took out my notes and he took his out. We started copying and he asked some doubts a and I also asked him skme doubts. After only a 15 minute span he said '"I am tired.... how much notes do you write Sara? " I ignore his question and continue writing. I can feel him staring at me. I turn to face to him and ask "what? Why are you staring at me like that?"
"What can I do.... you are so beautiful."
I turn around to my book and hide my smile and continue my work. He sighs and says
"seeing a beautiful so dedicated to work inspires me to work..."
"Ughh! Jace stop saying that... let me concentrate" I say in a irritated expression.
He chuckles and lifts his hands in surrender. After seriously studying for 30 more minutes, we begin to talk.

"So Sara, I wonder where did your beauty come from...."
"And I wonder from where did you learn to flirt so much!" And I laughed.
"I am not flirting... I was just stating the truth!"
"Awww.... my brother has a tiny- miny crush on his chemistry partner!" Chloe's voice boomed from outside the door and then her head popped in and she winked. Then she kicked the door open and laid the tray she was carrying on our desk. It had three glasses of coke and some other food.
We all ate silently and suddenly my phone rang from my jean's pocket. "Is your work done? Should I pick you now? We need to go to Alan's place.... if you remember. "
"Ofcourse! You can come... I finished my notes."
"Okay"
"hey I didn't finish my notes!"
"You can keep my notes with you for today." I said and he pouted. Chloe being her extra chirpy self said "I guess my brother wanted you to stay a bit longer... am I right?"
" I wont deny that fact, because I like to have all beautiful things by my self!" My eyes widen and the comment and I pack my bag and try to get out of the room as soon as possible and the siblings laugh from inside. I move out of the mansion and stand by the road and wait for Robert. Jace stands with me and when Robert comes to pick me up Jace speaks "hey sara! I would love you to come and give me a company some other day too...."
"yeah sure.... now bye"
"Bye beautiful! "
I roll my eyes and Robert started to cough on hearing that I pat his back and Jace laughs and says " I guess I got extra cheesy!"

Then Jace went inside and waving a bye to me and Robert.
"He is so stupid! " I frown and say "You don't call that stupid... He is funny!"
He rolls his eyes and gives a disgusted look and says "You don't have to talk to him... if you have any problem you can talk to me"
"But why? It is my choice to whom I want yo speak and to whom I don't want to!"
He sighs and says "do as you wish.... I don't care!"

What the hell is his problem? Is he jealous?
