Soul's POV:

It felt like almost a day later when I finally got my mind in place

I looked around the little room after a while, I felt dried blood on the side of my face. My eyes adjusted a little more to the dark room and I saw I was basically in a cube. 

"Maka where are you..are you in this place too?" I whispered. I wondered if I would ever get out of here

I sat there quietly until I heard footsteps come up to the door. 

"Who's there!" I said, "Let me out of here!" I tugged at the chains again, wincing in pain

To my surprise the door opened and light rushed into the room, I closed my eyes quickly being blinded.

"Hello Soul. Come with me" I heard a familiar voice say to me, it sounded off, almost insane. I felt hands untie my arms and legs

"Get up, I won't carry you" The voice said, he roughly tugged me onto my feet and I stumbled forward crashing into my captor. "Get off me," the shoved me off them and my legs wobbled in weakness "move!" 

Soon I had made it to another room, it was much bigger as I opened my eyes finally. It looked like a big lab, and in the middle of the room there was a big steel table. I saw carts around the table with various knives and tools

I got pushed forward, I stumbled and fell on the ground. I heard an annoyed sigh come from behind me and I whipped around, seeing who I was dealing with for the first time

My eyes widened but I wasn't shocked. I knew it was you.

"Hello Professor Stein" I said hoarsely to the tall man standing above me. He had a wild look in his eyes as he looked down at me, his head was twitching back and forth very slightly. He bent down and invaded my space, I tried to back up but I hit the table

"Hello Ssssoul" He hissed in my ear, shivers traveled down my spine as he ran his cold hand down the side of my face slowly, "I will have a fun time dissecting you" he licked his lips and I cringed away even more

Shit.

Kid's POV:

After breakfast Maka and I cleaned the dishes quickly, I noticed today she had her hair down. This was the first time I have ever seen her with her hair down and she looked amazing

"Hey Kid, we should go to the school and see if the professor is there...you know just in case" Maka said while putting a dish away

"Yea good plan. Lets go now actually" I said, Maka looked up at me 

"How?"

"On my board obviously. Come on" I took her arm and led her outside, I took out Beelzebub and hopped on. I held out my hand and turned to Maka

"Wait I have a question Maka, have you tried to find Soul by detecting his wavelength?" I asked her quickly 

"Yes, but I can't sense him anywhere" Maka said, her face falling. I shifted in my spot

"You coming?" I said, Maka looked like she was dazed a little when she looked up into my eyes. Her eyes in turn were shining with something I haven't seen before. Maka took my hand and hopped on behind me

"Lets go" She said, her breath ruffled my ear as she held onto my waist before we took off.

We sped along, going faster she snaked her arms around me compleatly and put her head on my back. I smirked to myself as we made it to the school.

I hopped off the board, Maka was still stood on the board frozen there. She looked at me, "How the heck did you go that fast!?" she yelled, I walked over to her and took her waist and lifted her off the board, I set her on the ground and looked down at her in the eyes
