Chapter Eight- Broken

Chris~

I woke up to the sound of sirens.

Oh what happened?

I shifted my arm and felt a chest beneath me.

I turned my head and saw Drew with his eyes shut, but he was still breathing.

Then everything hit me at once.

Ditching school with Drew and Kass, Hanna and Luke.

The car hitting us...

See the way we were sitting.

Luke's rental car has seven seats.

Two in the front, two in the middle and three in the back.

Obviously Hanna and Luke were in the front.

Kass sat behind Luke

And Drew and I sat in the back two seats. He sat behind Kass and I sat in the middle so I could stretch my legs out.

I felt a pang in my left temple.

I put my hand up and when I pulled it away, blood was covering my hand.

I tapped Drew. "Drew? Please wake up I need you."

I hit him harder "DREW"

He groaned. "Five more minutes."

"Fucking Drew WAKE UP"

He opened his eyes with a start and looked around.

"Chris are you alright?"

He searched my face until his eyes landed on my left temple.

"Oh my gosh Chris your bleeding! A lot too!"

"Yeah thanks for that captain obvious." I shook my head. I was getting a little dizzy.

"Chris are you okay?"

"Chris don't you dare fall asleep on me."

"CHRIS"

His voice slowly faded as I fell back into darkness.

Lukes POV

I woke up to Drew yelling Chris's name.

"CHRIS I SWEAR TO GOD"

"Drew! Are you alright?" I yelled from the front seat.

"Yes but Chris is bleeding a lot from her head!" He yelled back.

"Okay, We'll get you both out just give me a minute."

I checked my self for any damage and found I only have a few scratches.

"Luke?" A soft voice asked from my right.

"Hanna baby are you alright?" I asked and then I looked at her.

Blood.

She was covered in it.

My eyes widened and I looked over to see that the car had hit her side.

"Luke I don't feel good." She whispered.

"Hanna we will get you out okay?" I told her softly, "Hang on my darling we will get you help."

"Lukey my stomach." She groaned.

I looked down and saw that her window broke and a large piece was stuck in her chest just below her rib cage.
