Spanish Food Is Irresistible-

Even if Romano tries to hide it, he secretly loves Spanish Food (specifically yellow rice with beans). 

Grow Up-

When he was little, America was that kid who was so eager to grow up. After the Revolutionary War, he regretted it.

Flag Collages-

Have you ever seen those pictures of collages of the flags of two nations? Japan probably made them.

Take The Blame-

France blames himself for why Canada seems 'invisible' to a lot of people. He may insist that he raised Canada to grow up without a single flaw, but he always blames himself. This is why he'll always be there for Canada: because he wants to try and make it up to him.

Cosplay-

The Allies have had a group cosplay of them as The Walking Dead characters.

Cosplay Pt. 2-

China, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan have had a group cosplay of them as Vocaloid characters. They entered in a competition once at an Anime Convention and won. 

Cosplay Pt. 3-

England, Fem! England, Fem! America and France have done a Pride and Prejudice and Zombies cosplay. England (as Mr. Darcy) and Fem! America (as Elizabeth) have done a remake of Mr. Darcy's first proposal.

Noodles-

America loves to seductively eat noodles around Japan to embarrass him. It works too well. 

When America Gets Japan To Dig Him-

When America and Japan stopped talking to each other for a period of time after an argument, America gathered up an orchestra (that included Germany, Prussia, Italy, Romano and Hungary) and played Japan's favorite Undertale, Kingdom Hearts and Anime openings/OSTs. Japan almost cried with happiness.
