When Romano saw Belgium dabbing, he didn't know what the heck she was doing at first. She told him about it and how she learned it from America. Romano learned to dab from America, who happily agreed to teach him (because Belgium 'told' him to). The first time Romano tried dabbing in public, it was to show Spain. This resulted in Romano punching Spain smack in the face (he got a bloody nose).
