South Korea and China made a bet on if Hong Kong gay. China thought no, South Korea though yes. If China won, South Korea would have to kiss Japan. If South Korea won, China would have to dress up as a big, fluffy panda for Halloween. The next day Hong Kong announced he was gay for Iceland.
