He step closer to me and hold my hand in his.

Aashna i know you are going through a tough period. I know what your mom matters to you. I know how much pain you are carrying with you now. Aryan said

My dry eyes started being wet again.

Your mom will be not liking it that you are hungry for her

Okay i said and started to walk ahead towards canteen

I looked at aryan. He's face was dull and sad just like me. I wonder why he is always sharing my pain with him.

He was looking straight and i was looking at him

Don't tell me that you did all this for me i said with a smirk on my face

Huh he said raising his eyebrows

I mean you wanted to fill your empty tummy that's why you did emotional blackmail by my mom's name i said and winked

You are impossible he said and smiled

That's what i wanted. I wanted him to smile

We reached canteen.

Aryan pulled a chair to me and gesture me to sit

I sat and he joined me. I didn't said anything he ordered grilled sandwich and cold drinks.

Waiter placed a tray on the table. I took small bites of sandwich. my mind kept wondering about mom's condition, may be the sandwich was tasty but it wasn't tasty for my tongue it was bitter but i have to take the food it was essential

As soon as i finished my food i saw aryan he was in his own wonderland. I shook him and asked about Mr.pa

I've called him and told him everything. He told that he will come soon as he had stuck in some work Aryan said

Aryan paid the bill and we walked outside of the canteen.

You are not alone ashna Aryan said stopping his foot at a place

I faked smiled at him and again we walked ahead

We reached room and met doctor

Doctor any good news? i asked in a hope

Doctor nodded in no

We walked inside the room & this time aryan took a seat beside mom's bed and held her hand

Hi unty!! Myself "Aryan" Hero of your colony aryan said with his usual confidence tone

I looked at him in confused

What are you doing ?? I whispered

He ignored and continued

Aunty you don't know what a mess aashna is creating here. I know your listening to me so please wake up soon and handle your stubborn daughter. He said

Aryan faced towards me and winked at me

I widened my eyes and gave him a stare

But he continued complaining about me or i say fake complaining and he also throw some jokes

But alas there was no sign of mom's recovery.

He kept speaking with mom for hours

I closed my eyes and prayed to god. I was wishing for a miracle

Suddenly what happen next was incredible. I saw mom rolling her eye balls still with closed eyes and then i saw her fingers was responding

I thanked God for answering my prayers

A big big smiled appeared on my face. I started jumping in joy

Aryan stood and hugged me and i hugged him back with tears of happiness.

I broke the hug and ran outside yelling for doctor. I started to hug Everyone who ever was standing on the corridor they all looked at me in shock at my insanity.

Doctors came running. I told them about mom's response. Doctors was amazed to listen they quickly went for checkups

I saw aryan standing in the corner with folded hands with grin on his face. I walked closer to him and whispered thank you in his ears and entered inside the room

I saw mom was awake. I smiled at her and she smiled back at me weakly

Doctor told me about mom's condition. She was still ill. her head injury was still unstable.

It will take time to heal all the wounds but it will heal. Doctors assured me

You are a great daughter. Doctor said placing his hand on my head

I smiled at him and they see off us

Me and aryan started to cheer up mom. We talked for a while

Where is paa?? Mom asked aryan

At the same time Mr.pa entered with flowers in his hands.

He wishes mom to get well soon amd kissed on her forehead

But somewhere i saw he was tensed.

After few minutes Mr.pa held aryan's hand and took him out of the room

I was disturbed by his act. I saw mom was asleep. I wanted to know the reason behind his tensed face so i quickly went after them

Your mom and dad had arrived India.
I've went to pick them from airport.

I'm coming straight from home by dropping them there. Mr.pa said

Aryan ran his fingers through his hairs and sat on bench

Why they came to spoil my life ?? Aryan shouted and hold his own head

Anger raised in me.

Your calling your parents as spoiler of your life?? Don't you value them?? Or you don't know the value of your parents I yelled at him in anger

He got up quickly and pushed me on the bench and hold my mouth with both his strong hands

Just shut up!! He shouted at me very rudely

Tears rolled down my eyes
