Regards is very first video by ToTheArk, and it's a response to Entry #9.
Its description is "/////////".
The group of slashes that flash on the screen decode to "LOOK". Combined with the word "CLOSELY" shown at the end of the video, you get the message "LOOK CLOSELY".
If the audio is reversed and sped up 4x, a ten-note song can be heard through the distortion.
