The description is "YmV oaW5kIHRo ZSBjd XJ0YWlu" which decode to "behind the curtain".
The footage shows some drawings that probably represent Rosswood Park. At some point appears a scribbled figure, which may represents Hoodie, who can be seen sitting in a similar pose in Entry #42, however it has striking resemblance to Jessica in Entry #76.
During the video appear the written "DID YOU SEE ME" and "I SAW YOU". Also, the numbers that flash near the end decode to "always there", and at the end there is The Operator's symbol.
