'Return' is the response to Entry #19
Its description is "91", which reversed is "19".
In this video Jay is sitting in a hallway staring at The Operator, which comes walking in front of the camera; at the end there is written "found you forever". This footage shows where Jay went during Entry #19 when he disappeared from his rooms for three hours. We don't know entirely Jay's apartment, but it's quite clear that this hallway doesn't belong to his apartment, but more likely to Brian's house.
Also, even if it's not so easy to notice, in the upper left corner flashes that sort of S or a ς, already seen in some previous video.
