The video shows:
-a distorted image of Jessica from Entry #76 with written "ANOTHER FAILURE". Probably refers to the fact that after over an year and half Jay wasn't be able to find where Jessica is and what happened to her;
-a distorted image of Tim in Rosswood Park (maybe from Entry #69) with the words "YOU ARE NOT TRUSTED". Tim isn't trusted because he lied to Jay about the tape in Entry #75;
-Jay with written "DEEPER AND DEEPER WE GO";
-Tim with the dead guy in the tunnel, from Entry #65 with the words "WHERE THERE IS NO LIGHT";
-Alex, probably from Entry #50, with the written "HE IS DISTORTED". Near the right top corner there are written "IRFNBGNIEK", which can be rearranged to "BRING KNIFE" (the fact that in Entry #77 Jay actually bring a knife make me think about he noticed the words and accepted ToTheArk's suggestion);
-black screen with "YOU ARE DISTORTED".
