Taking all the numbers that flash in the beginning and dividing them in two, decodes to "AM I A PROPHET", that can be rearranged to spell "APPEAR TO HIM" too.
Then appears written "here is something i have wanted to show you" and it shows Jay sleeping. So whoever uploaded this video is the same person that appeared during the night in front of Jay's car in Entry #39.
The music is the 4th movement from Beethoven's 5th symphony, reversed and slowed down.
