Reference is the response to Entry #59.
Its description is "do not
fail".
At the beginning there's written "LOOK AT THE ORIGINS".
Then can be heard Tim's speech from Entry #59, in particular:
-"...bringing back old memories, like it couldn't possibly have any effect on anybody else.";
-"Maybe Alex isn't even the problem, maybe you're the problem!";
-"I couldn't help but shake this feeling that there was something funny about you...";
-"And you're not even trying to fix any of this. All you do is point your camera at every little thing that happens. How does that help anybody?";
-"You knew about this! You knew about it for three years and you never said a thing!";
-"Do me a favor and stay out of my life!".
After this appear a few set of numbers, which decode to "his
lies in the dark" or "he did beg".
At the end the words "TRUTH WITH LIGHT" flash on the screen.
In my opinion "LOOK AT THE ORIGINS" is an suggestion to Jay to read medical report of Tim, which are his origins. "HIS LIES IN THE DARK" means that the parts redacted with black ink in the medical report are lies and "TRUTH WITH LIGHT" means that the truth is in in non-redacted part.
Another interpretation could be given is that since Tim's lies are in dark and Entry #59 is set at night with the dark, maybe all the things he said are "lies", with the meaning that he didn't really think that Jay is a psychopath or part of the problem.
