Eric frequently came over without notice, despite having been over to her house over thousands of times he was always very sweet and knocked on the door and spoke with Lena's mom, with utmost respect, as if she was his mom. Lena's mom, Alice, basically was a second mom to Eric, he had known her his whole life and she was over at Eric's house with his mom all the time, and if she wasn't at their house Eric and his mom, Casey, were at Lena and Alice's house.
