Ch. 6: Secrets of a Host Club Baker

At Kyoya's private beach, we once again are working as hosts for customers who are paying extra to come out and see us. Haruhi and I aren't guys so we both are beached.

I was laying on my stomach on top of a beach blanket with my guests as I played tired so I wouldn't have to do much since I couldn't work as a baker at the beach.

"Yuuto-senpai looks so dreamy when he sleeps."

"I wish I could go with him to wherever he dreams." My guests whisper, gently stroking my hair, thinking I'm asleep. It was weird but better than playing volleyball like the twins.

Suddenly I heard the sound of a truck's horn being sounded repeatedly. I startle, sitting up straight. "Yuuto-senpai?"

I spot a truck on the beach. The noise has just stopped. "Yuuto-senpai, are you okay?" They ask and I look to my guests.

"Sorry, I guess it was just a bad dream." I whisper.

"Awe, Yuuto-senpai, it's okay. We're here with you." They smile comfortingly.

"You look so cool even if you had a bad dream." They say and I flash them a grin.

"I'm not much for swimming, but both of you are wearing cute bathing suits, it'd be a waste to just sit up here with me." I suggest, wanting to be alone.

"Yuuto-senpai!" They cheer happily, glad to have gotten a compliment from me.

"Okay!" They smile and go run off. I get up and go sit with Kyoya.

"This seems to be a success." He smiles happily.

"You planned it." I say with a shrug. "I just wish we didn't have to work but I understand."

"I looked over your martial arts recordings. You were impressive." He compliments making me smirk.

"Thanks, but is that just a hint that you know more?" I ask and he pushes his glasses up.

"Maybe." So shady...

"Well I'm gonna go get the cart so everyone can cool down with water and stuff. Would you like something?"

"Just water." He says and I go get the ice cream cart he had me fill up with ice cream.

Mostly everyone had gone to their hotel rooms and I was just strolling the beach when I head a commotion from on top of a big rock.

I climb it in time to see Haruhi throw a bucket of urchins at two men, protecting two girls I recognized as guests.

I immediately help them out and knock them out from behind. "Yuuto-senpai!" They observe in shock.

"Are you all okay?" I ask and they nod happily.

"Thanks to you, senpai. I don't think I would be able to hold them off if you hadn't stepped in." Haruhi laughs.

"As long as your all right. Haruhi how about you take them to the hotel and I'll report this to Kyoya or someone." I offer and she nods, guiding the guests down the rocks.

I find the twins and Tamaki. "Tamaki, two guys started harassing Haruhi and some guests. I knocked them out but I don't know what to do with them." I say making their mouths gape open.

"What!? Who tried hurting Haruhi!? Take me!" He says and I grab a bucket of snakes from him.

"These our poisonous but they're gentle. Don't bother them though." I say, letting them out of the bucket and they slither away with a hiss at Tamaki. "Now follow me."
