•••Neru's POV•••
I blinked a few times in shock. Rei loves me?
He still had his gaze on Rin who was now only a few inches away from us. Her hands crossed as she looked at us intently, hiding a glare.

Rin: So you're Len's hidden enemy

Neru: E-Enemy?!

Rin nodded slowly and glared at Rei as she pointed at him with her index finger, barely touching the tip of his nose.

Rin: Enjoy Neru while you can. When Len gets back Neru won't be yours anymore

Then Rin left with a huff and stomped out the door. I glanced up at Rei and he was just as shocked and confused as I was.

Neru: Um, why did you say you l-loved me? Didn't you tell me we were just friends a few days ago?

Rei smiled down at me and pulled back his Jett-black hair cooly.

Rei: Yep! To be honest I like Rin

W-What? Are my ears working?

Neru: Did you just say...you like Rin!

Rei: Technically: Love

Wow~ this is unexpected.

••••Len's POV••••

Teto: Len...Len we're here

I jolted out of my seat, accidentally hitting Teto in the face. Her neck snapped back and she cried at the sudden crack.

Teto: That hurt you know!

I rolled my eyes angrily in frustration.

Len: Shut up

I got out my seat, grabbed my luggage and got out of the aeroplane, looking around for the exit.

Teto: Len wait!

I stopped and turned around, unexpectedly getting hugged by Teto. She trembled in my arms and I could sense her heart yelling to me. She wanted me to show her attention.

Len: Teto...can't you see already?

Teto let go of me and clenched her sleeves nervously.

Teto: See what?

I sighed, avoiding her gaze as I quietly gulped. I turned my blue gaze to Teto who was wincing, too afraid to face what I was about to say.

Len: I don't think I love you

•••Neru's POV•••

Neru: So, explain to me how you ended up liking Rin again

Rei sighed in disappointment and hugged the pillow tighter. He said he needed a hug buddy but since I didn't let him touch me because I'm only for Len, my pillow ended up becoming the sacrifice.

Rei: I told you. We were at the pool and Rin was wearing bikinis and she looked really cute. Plus! I like flat chests and that's why you're not my type. You're... *looks down at my breasts* they're really big but too big for my taste

I punched Rei in the face by surprise and he cried in frustration.
While we fought Lily accidentally walked in on us in a very awkward position. I was under Rei, punching his face while he jarred me between his arms, on top of my body and dodging my attacks.

Lily: Um...am I interrupting something?

Rei and I immediately broke apart and distanced each other.

Neru/Rei: Not at all!

Lily snickered and walked in, closing the door behind her. She invited us to sit in front of her and we did just that. She smiled at me, then Rei.

Lily: Len texted me a few minutes ago

I felt my heart thump and tighten. It ached as well, taking the pain I felt a few hours ago with it.

Neru: Yes?

I shifted nervously and Rei held my shoulder in assurance. I smiled at him for gratitude.

Lily: He asked if you were going to still have your birthday party

I silenced myself, thinking if I should hold it or not. The point was kind of so Len could give me a birthday kiss or something. I know it's cheesy but for one day one person can get what he or she wants, right? But I can't. Len's in America...

Neru: No. I'm cancelling it

I stood up and walked out of my room and to the park. I needed some comfort and that place was the first time I met Len.

•••Len's POV•••
Teto: W-What?

I turned around, feeling guilt surpass every bit of my body. I didn't want to but I didn't love her anymore. I miss Neru and if I keep pretending I'm betraying Neru more.

Suddenly, my phone rang and I stopped again to pick it up. I scrolled down my unread messages and pressed Lily's tab.

Lily: Neru said she's cancelling her party

Len: What! Why?!

Lily: Don't know. She just dashed out her room and Rei tried chasing after her but he lost her

Len: Rei was there? As in that black-haired guy I saw at the pool with Neru?

Lily: Yep, that's him

Len: Does he like Neru?

Lily: idk! I did walk in on them while he was on top of her but it looked like they were just fighting

Len: He was touching her?!

Lily: Well...yeah-ish

Len: I'm really pissed right now

Lily: Whatever Romeo. Neru is upset because of you so if you want her then GET YOUR ASS BACK DOWN HERE!

I sighed and put away my phone, looking up at the ceiling as I closed my eyes shortly. I turned to my bag and pulled something out: a photo. Neru and I were only 10 and she finally decided to let me take a picture of her. She was so important to me...
