chapter 9(Hiccup!?)

hiccups POV

"damn" I say in dragonese

"hiccup!?" i hear my dad gasp 

" well what do you think like seriously I just called you my dad" I spat 

"well its great seeing you all but I think i should be going now" i say and grab my dagger and start cutting the ropes around toothless.

but just when I am finished cutting the last rope I am grabbed by my father in a bone crushing hug.

I quickly heat up my body and he lets go blowing on his hands.

"your so hot" he says 

" why thankyou"I say 

and laugh.

"hiccup your'e alive where have you been?,why do you have a dragon? why are you not dead?......"

i cut him off " hey what is it with all the questions give me a minute and i'll answer the basic ones for okay, firstly I am not telling you where i have been because i dont want to tell you, this so called dragon is my best friend toothless and he doesn't like you, I am not dead because i ran away from berk because lets just say you were all terrible to me and you were mean to me to the part that i couldn't stand it anymore"

" oh and also I have a metal leg because i defeated the red death the dragon the forced all the dragons to raid the village, and she wasn't just any dragon she was the size of a mountain and when i defeated her i lost my leg, you all following so far?" i ask 

and they all nod. 

" okay so I live with dragons and guess what you know the dragon conqueror that yohan tells you about yeah thats me, this scar across my eye yeah that's from when I was torchered by dagur the cheif of the beserker tribe because he wanted me to train dragons for him. I have been kidnapped and torchered 12 times, and have many scars to prove it.and the last thing i will tell you is that i hate berk and never want to see this place again!!!!" 

 and with that my eyes flared red and my veins turned the same colour, and everyone looked at me like i was some sort of demon. 

"SO IF YOU DON'T MIND I WILL BE LEAVING NOW" I yell 

they all jumped back in fright even my father and the teens.

"hiccup calm down its okay, I'm here its toothless keep your cool turn it off and every thing will be okay" i hear toothless say behind me 

and i take a deep breath in and snap my eyes closed letting my anger cool down.

" hiccup are you o..okay" i hear gobber say

 "yeah I'm fine "I say 

and i go over and hug him 

" thanks for everything gobber"i say 

"hey hiccup can you come over with me to the forge for a moment i need to have a talk with you please?" he says.

i nod and tell toothless to follow. 

we walk through the crowd who make a path for us and see my father and the teens shocked faces.

Astrids POV

hiccup is alive was all i could think about, i don't know if i should be happy or annoyed about that because he seemed pretty peeved off by all of us.

like really peeved off 

once he started talking about berk his eyes wend blood red and his veins the same colour, he looked like a demon. then the dragon growled something and he closed his eyes and he just returned back to normal.

he also defeated all of us in a fight without a weapon and blocked my axe with only his two fingers.

and did i forget to mention that he has a night fury! and he trained it like whats with that. 

he then walked off with gobber to the forge and we all just stood there dumbfounded.

Hiccups POV

I walked into the forge with gobber, he seemed really worried.

"okay so what did you want to talk about"I say to gobber 

"Oh yes that, okay so hiccup when you ran away everyone thought you were dead because you know the knife,night fury scales and such, so when we found out your father, sent out search parties and everyone was so worried, then when they couldn't find you, your father locked himself away and left all the cheifing to spitelout, Berk turned into a ghost town, and when your father came back out he was never the same losing you was hollowing away at him. We all missed you the teens especially, but I always knew you weren't dead. So anyway no one ever really hated you they just yeah , you get what I mean." He explained 

All I could do was stand there. They all actually missed me they never meant to be mean to me, but why.

" hey hiccup would you like to stay the night at Berk I won't tell anyone and you can stay in here in your office if you want then you can decide what to do tomorrow if you um want" gobber said 

 " yeah I'd like that but I think I'll stay in the cove you know because yeah."I said 

" oh yeah that" he said 

" could you tell everyone that I needed some time alone and will be back in the morning and please don't tell the where I am okay, oh and don't worry toothless won't hurt you, he likes you gobber" i said 

" will do hiccup, oh okay hi there toothless" 

And toothless gave him his gummy smile. And with that we were off..
