Hiccup
My eyes are heavy as I open them, I feel like I've been repeatedly smashed against a brick wall.
Lovely
I take the time to look around, its really dark but my eyes soon adjust to the darkness, and I find myself in a really cozy cave, actually this is quite nice.
A soothing light fills the cave, and I look around to see a wild monstrous nightmare at the back of the cave. I slowly back away from the nightmare, but my foot catches on something behind me, a black mass laying on the ground, toothless.
the only thing running through my head is 'he's okay'
then it all comes back to the present and I nudge him to wake him up, the moment his eyes snap open he looks really annoyed, but then realises the immediate danger and jumps in front of me.
soon a series of growls and warbles escape his mouth and he seems to be talking to the nightmare.
after a while of some weird growling, they seem to have come to an agreement. and both heads turn to look at me.
you know normally this would be a really awkward situation, but at the moment all I could think about was how cool it would be to understand dragons.
and being the distracted individual I am, I barely register toothless grab me, throw me on his back and start running and all I can do is hold on like my life depended on it and to be honest it probably did.
"toothless where are you going" I yell "we need to get get out of here bud!"
he doesn't listen and just keeps running, the monstrous nightmare following right behind.
Soon we reached the end of the maze of endless tunnels connected to the cave and come to a large clearing and I couldn't believe my eyes.
DRAGONS!!!!!!!!
EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!
Toothless
Holy thunder and lightning I can't believe they found him.
No way, they found him the dragon prince, I run through the caves until I find myself in the sanctuary.
I start toward the king
"My king" I start, " I cant believe you finally found him after all these years may I see him, may I see the dragon prince?"
Hiccup
"Toothless where are you taking me"I yell once again
Then I see right before my eyes a dragon bigger than 4 whole villages combined. I have only heard of this dragon from a book, it was the great bewilderbeast, the king of dragons.
what have I gotten myself into?
Then something completely awkward happens, the king bows to me as does every other dragon.
Ummm...Okay?
Toothless
"Oh toothless" says the great bewilder beast " do you really think we would all be bowing for no reason".
I lift my head up and finally see who they are bowing at my rider, Hiccup Horrendous haddock III is the long lost dragon prince!
I am an idiot
how did I not realize all the evidence was right there why else would he be able to train me , why would he sacrifice himself for me, now I know he is the one and only long lost dragon prince.
Narrator
Hiccup was amazed at what he saw.
The whole place was amazing covered in dragon head to toe. he wanted to stay here forever.
But the Alpha had other plans.
Hiccup was the long lost dragon prince, 1000 years ago when it was just the start of the human race and vikings first started war with the dragons, a messenger came down to all the dragons, telling them that one day a boy will be born, he will have the soul of a dragon and would be the prince of all dragon kind.
he would have powers that nobody could even dream of. although these powers could only be activated by the king of dragons the great bewilder beast.
although one day when the boy was born the king sent a storm cutter to go and retrieve this child, but when he landed on the island of berk he was shot at and injured badly. he could not get to the child.
and from then on he was known as the long lost dragon prince since no one could retrieve him.
Hiccup
every dragon even toothless started looking at me i didn't know what to do. then the great dragon came up to face me, toothless threw me off him and the alpha suddenly shot at me and before i could do anything I was encased in ..........ice?!
