chapter 5 (the explanation)

( when the words are in italics it means they are speaking dragonese)

Hiccups POV

"toothless" i say 

"whats happening to me?I can hear you talking like its normal norse and what are you talking about something about me i have no idea and you know what i don't even want to know, oh and i forgot to mention how am i NOT OH I DON'T KNOW DEAD!!!! i was literally just encased in ice how am i still standing like nothing ever happened' toothless you have to tell me!!!!!"

toothless just simply stood there waiting for something.

"TOOTHLESS!!!"i yell but instead of coming out as a normal word it came out as a roar, i cover my mouth with my hands and my eyes start tearing up. i can feel the hot tears streaming down my face.

" toothless I don't know whats wrong with me" i say 

Toothlesse's POV

" toothless I don't know whats wrong with me" i hear hiccup say 

suddenly the alpha gives me a nod and i knew what it meant.

I slowly approach hiccup trying not to scare him.

"hey hiccup its me toothless don't worry this will all make sense soon, how about we go over to our new home that the dragons built for us and you have a nap to think about all of the things that have happened, and i will explain everything later I......... promise"

"okay" he says 

and with that he walks into the cave area where our new home is located 

"phew" I say thank god he didn't get angry enough for his eyes and veins to go red with blood!

lets just hope that when i finally tell him everything that he doesn't get angry enough for that to happen oh god that would be bad.who knows maybe he would gain some of his powers while hes sleeping, then we can finally start training so he doesn't kill anyone.

____________one hour later___________

Hiccups POV

" hey toothless, how are yah bud"

wait hang on oh no yesterday wasn't a dream "ARRRRRRRRRRHHHHHH" I roar in frustration.

then i look over to see toothless on the floor with his head wrapped in his wings.

" oh sorry bud,I...I didn't mean to you know um roar I guess I just can't really help it"

" hey bud i believe that you have some explaining to do so shoot!"  

Toothless's POV

"oh yeah, okay so hiccup" I start "well when the human race first started a messenger came down from Valhalla with a very important message stating that one day a child shall be born they will be human but with dragon blood and soul, this child will be the protector of all dragon kind and uniter of worlds, they from then on shall be known as the dragon prince known to all dragon kind."

"so yeah um hiccup that's you, but for some reason i didn't recognize that you were the dragon prince because the other humans masked the smell of your blood"

" hiccup please please please don't get angry because well we don't know what you will ummmm do" 

" what will I do toothless listen to me I just ran away from berk to keep you safe and because i got bullied so bad and every one hated me!! and now you are telling me I'm the dragon prince toothless, you guys are so wrong look at me what harm can I do apart from draw a detailed angry picture!!!!!!!!"he said 

oh gods his eyes are starting to go red, what do I do umm. 

I feel so small its like he is toying with my mind I cant look at his eyes. I tilt my head down trying not to look at him.

" HICCUP!!!!!!!!! STOP!!!!!!!!, look at yourself look at your hands look at your veins, hiccup your toying with my mind you have to calm down its your dragon self starting to get its powers" I yell 

Hiccups POV  

I look at my hands my veins going up my hands and the rest of my body from my feet to my face are blood red.

"OH MY GODS" i shout "toothless wha....wha" then it all went black.

Next chapter will be out soon hope you like this one, I'm not sure when I will skip forward a few years but hopefully in the next couple of chapters because I want to do some details on hiccups training and him making his Armour.

And when I do skip forward a couple of years hiccup will have a massive grudge against berk. oh and his mother is dead and will probably not be coming back unless she is a spirit.
