You couldn't help but grin as your phone clicked off. Excitement bubbled in you as you ran around your apartment cleaning the place up.

Sebastian had been filming for a new movie and claimed he couldn't get away due to the busy schedule. It had been three months since you had seen him and you didn't mind the least because you loved what he did. Not because of the income but because of the happiness it brought him.

Time Skip Five Months

Sebastian had been coming home every other month and it made you more than happy. He always came with new stories from set about something funny or a new plot change. Nothing major cause he knew you wanted to be surprised when you went to see it. They were adapting A Court of Thorns and Roses into a movie and he got to play the main male character, Tamlin.

As you were Googling information for the movie you came across a surprising article from Entertainment Weekly.

"Due to the constantly MIA actor, Sebastian Stan, filming for A Court of Thorns and Roses  has been delayed. The movie will be released on August 10th, rather than previously planned date of July 7th.

"Inside source claims the reason Stan's constant absence is the numerous trips home to visit girlfriend (Y/N) (Y/L/N). 'He feels like he isn't supporting her enough because he's been forced to miss many important days in her life and he's trying his best to juggle his work life and his boyfriend life.' Source claims. If this is true and I was (Y/N) then I'd be extremely upset with myself, being the cause of this delay and all."

You stared shocked. Each time he had come to visit, he'd been delaying a huge chuck of time in filming to make you happy? You knew how much you meant to him and he to you but this came as a nasty shock.

Sure, because of the Civil War press conference he hadn't been able to come to your Grandfather's funeral. And due to The Bronze he missed your birthday but you had both video chatted and you constantly reminded him that you were okay.

You didn't know how to process this information. It was in the end, your fault. You were holding back the release of what would become your favorite movie and the career of your boyfriend. It was the latter that hurt the most.

You knew first hand what it felt like to have your SO hold back your own work career and doing that to a man you love hurt more than anything you've ever felt before. Your heart heavy, you began to pack most of your belongings into a suitcase. You then hailed a taxi and went to a small motel on the other side of town.

Once you checked into a hotel you began to cry. You knew Sebastian wouldn't change. Not for a while so with a heavy heart you texted him.
