I know what you're thinking: "Where tf is Kai??? He's been gone since, like, forever."

Well, my amazing readers, we're going to find out the answer, and maybe have our jaws drop during the occasion.

I swear to god no one will ever see Kai the same again.

😈Mal's POV😈

I yelled in frustrasion. "AHHH! Why do those stupid teen have to ruin EVERYTHING?!???"

Jay and Evie bursted into the room. "Mal!" said Jay. "Clarissa, Karla, Jeremiah, and Michelle are planning to run away with Carlos back to Auradon!"

"Really?" I asked. "What about Kai?"

"Kai said that he wanted to destroy Carlos for going on a date with Clarissa." said Ben, who was in the corner reading, "The Amazing Book is Not On Fire" by Dan Howell and Phil Lester.

I thought about what Ben said, and it all became clear. If Carlos is gonna be with the good guys now, then maybe we should have Kai with the bad guys....

I pulled out my spell book. "I know it's in here somewhere..." I muttered.

"What are you looking for?" Evie asked.

"There is a spell in here that my Mom taught me when I was 14. It can only be used once, so I saved it for emergencies only. But now, it's perfect time to use it." I explained. "All I need is a butterfly. Doesn't matter which, just get me one."

The three of us left the room, except for Ben. After about 20 - 30 minutes of searching, we finally found one flying around.

Time skip

"Okay, so we have a butterfly in a jar, now what?" Jay asked.

I took a deep breath, and said the incantation.

Beware, for swear, turn this insect into a nightmare.

The small butterfly started to turn into a dark shade of purple.

"It worked!" I said excitedly. "Now all we have to do is send this to Kai."

"What does that do, exactly?" Evie asked.

"I turned it into an akuma. It can turn anyone evil, and either me or my mom could communicate with that person." I explained. "It has to posses and object that Kai is wearing or holding, and it can only be undone by a certain person, aka the chosen one. That person has to break the object where the akuma is and de-evilize it."

"Woah, that sounds sick." said Jay. "But how are we gonna send it to Kai if we don't even know where he is?"

"Leave that to the akuma." I said, opening the jar lid. "Once it touches him, Kai will turn into a villain. Plus I thought of the villain name myself."

The akuma flew out of the open window and went to look for Kai.

🍱Kai's POV🍱

I was walking back and forth, trying to find a way to get rid of Carlos forever. He stole Clarissa from me, and now I'm gonna get revenge.

I saw a small black butterfly fly into the room and towards me.

"What the- Ah! Get away!" I shouted, waving my arms around.

I heard a sound come from the button on my sweater and I heard a female voice talk to me in my head.

Dark Shadow, you may know me as Mal, Maleficent's daughter. Now I'm giving you a chance to join my wicked world, and seek revenge on the one who has wronged you. Nothing will ever stop you from getting the love of your life. So, is it a deal?

"Yes." I said.

👿Mal's POV👿

"Perfect." I said. "It won't be long before those teens show up to meet their doom."

Jay, Evie, and I laughed evily.

BOOM! I bet you were not expecting that! Okay maybe you were....

Btw the akuma thing wasn't my idea, I got it from Miraculous Ladybug.

There is no way I'm gonna finish this story in 3 days. Maybe it will be finished by the middle of August.
