I been driving for hours talking with Katalien. We just finished eating and she fell asleep seconds ago. I gently place my hand on her stomach and she puts her hand on mine. I smile at that and turn back to face the road. It's now dark and around ten or so. I decide to stop for the night for the safety of my mate and my baby. I call in to a hotel and book a really good room with one bed. An on suite bathroom, and a little stocked kitchen. Since she's pregnant and gets hungry a lot. I have a few jars of Nutella for her if she gets hungry so we're good with her normal go to craving.
When I pull up to the hotel I gently shake Katalien awake and get out. She meets me at the back where I grab our bag and then grab her hand and take us inside. At the front desk a rogue stands and his eyes widen a bit when he sees me. I disregard him since it is neutral territory and he can't hurt me either.
"Alpha Black." He says nodding his head, his wolf instantly feeling the need to submit for safety.
"Hello. I called not to long ago and booked a room." I say taking out my wallet and pulling my card.
"Yes sir." He says softly and takes my card. He swipes it and pushes a few buttons then hands it back with two other cards.
"Here are your room keys, you'll be staying in room 403 on the forth floor." He says and I nod.
"You don't seem like the normal rogue." I say too quietly for the camera to pick up. He shakes his head and I feel a weird thing in my head.
'You two can talk now. So now we can walk to our room and you can talk. Just know I'll hear too' Kat says and I nod at the boy and walk to the elevator.
'Were you born into it?' I ask.
'Uh. Y-yes alpha.' He says and I nod a little.
'Would you like to join the pack. You are just outside the borders of my Nebraska/South Dakota border' I say and it's silent for a bit.
'Your not lying. Right?' He asks skeptically and I hold back a laugh.
'No. I'm not lying or kidding. Would you like to join my pack.' I ask and get and happy yes in return.
'Great. You can head to Nebraska tomorrow and wait for us there. Will you be here tomorrow morning?' I ask.
'Yes alpha.' He says
'Ok. I'll give you my number tomorrow and then I'll give you directions to the pack. You will be stopped by the Nebraska beta. I'll inform him of your arrival and there will be guards there to escort you to sector One Colorado. You will be held there in a special prisoner cell which isn't really a cell it's a room that you aren't aloud to leave from. I will be back in two or three days and you aren't aloud to leave for safety reason. It's just a precaution till I can get back, question you thoroughly, and correctly to be absolutely positive that you aren't a threat to my pack and my people.' I say.
'Yes alpha. I understand.' He says.
'Alright. Good night boy.' I say and he giggles softly. I can already tell he's probably gay. Plus the fact that he didn't even spare Kat a glance and he smells pure and doesn't reek of sex. I also swear I saw rainbow case on his phone that had a squiggly line on it.
'My name is Dexter alpha.' He says softly and I hum.
'Nice name. Good night Dexter.' I say as we reach the room. Kat unlocks the door and races in and for the bed. I chuckle softly and follow her after locking the door.
"Go shower love." I say and hand her a towel from the closet and a pair of pajamas that consist of the shirt I just took off and some clean boxers.
"Ok Darnell." She says softly and kisses my lips.
"I don't like that name. As much as I love my mother. It sounds like your pronouncing door bell wrong." I say thinking about it. I never really liked the name Darnell.
"Then your my door bell. I like it. But I can call you James instead." She says and I nod.
"Only you." I whisper and gently nudge her to the bathroom door.
After a good ten minutes Kat comes back out and I go in and take a quick five minute shower before walking back out with a towel around my waist. I quickly put on a pair of boxers and dry off the rest of my body. I hang the towel up in the bathroom and shut the lights off. I'm finally able to climb into bed next to my beautiful mate and settle my mind. I'm quick to fall asleep with her next to me.
Again another filler. Two in one day. Sorry they're two parts instead of just one. And that they're so short. See you all next Wednesday. Hopefully.
