Chapter 1)
Song for this chapter: Mika ft Ariana Grande - Popular Song
****************************************Harmony's POV)
I woke up to the sound of my stereo alarm going off play one of my favorite songs. Popular Song. I peeled my covers off of me and sat up. I grabbed my phone off my dresser and checked for new messages, which I predicted I had a ton of. After sending a max-text to everyone saying I'm up, good morning, blah blah blah, I got off the bed and headed to my oversized closet. I immediately began to toss clothes around. I'd say about fourty-five minutes later, I had decided to wear my black and yellow Batman tank top with a yellow skirt that reached about two inches obove my knee and my black and yellow high tops. I decided to leave my waist lenth white-dyed hair loose as I added my yellow beanie. After applying black eye shadow and cherry-black lipstick, I grabbed my car keys and phone off the dresser before taking my black spiked leather jacket off my doorknob and my black and green Batman book bag off the floor by my door. (Yes, I am obsessed with Barman.)
I headed down stairs and into the kitchen, where I found my little brother sitting at the counter in front of a half eaten plate of eggs. He looked up me as I entered.
"Hey, Mony."
"Hey, Damen," I said giving a confused look before adding, "what are you still doing here?"
"Dad had to leave early and couldn't take me to school. It's okay, Dad said I'm old enough to walk. "
I scoffed. "Damen, you're thirteen. You're not walking twelve blocks." I grabbed a water bottle out of the fridge before turning back around to him. "Come on, I'll take you."
He grabbed his plate to put it in the sink.
"Just let Mary get it. Mary, dishes,"I yelled to our maid before heading out the front door with Damen following behind me.
I unlocked my black Cemero nd let in get in the back. After driving the twenty minutes to his school, he got out muttering a quiet thanks and walked at a fast pace into the school building trying to look cool and get there on time at the same time. I smiled at his retreating figure, taking in his style. Black skinny jeans, whichever he had sagged a little so that you could see the top of his boxer, no lower (something I taught him), a black and red band-T loose enough to be boyish, but tight enough to show his semi-toned torso, with red converse. He accesorized with black and red wrist bands and a silver trinity star necklace. I had to admit my little brother had swag...it just sucked that he would end up swinging for the other team when he got older. Both me and my dad knew that. Question was, would we be prepared for it.
I pulled of and headed to pick up my best friend Heather. Heather was loud, mean, bitch, hot, wild, and crazy. I have to admit that it's annoying most of the time, but I love her...somewhat. I'm still not sold on if she'd always be there for me or not, but she has been so far. I honked when I pulled in her driveway. Two minutes later she came with an annoyed expression and got in the car and turned to me.
"What the hell took you so long? You're ten minutes late."
"Sorry, I had to take Damen to school."
"Isn't that supposed to be your dad's job?"
"He had to go to work early."
"Your dad's a lawyer, he has all the time in the world."
"Not when his clients are paying him a ton of cash."
Hmph, was all I got in response so I backed out of the driveway and headed to Redwood High. I turned the radio on and Popular Song played. I swear this song loves me.

Jasper's POV)
Beep! Beep! Beep! Be- I banged my hand on the snooze button of my alarm clock. I hated that God forsaken sound. I sighed and threw my covers off of me before sliding out of bed. I headed to my closet and grabbed clothes from a tiny pile I had sitting in the corner. A black, green, yellow, and red Slipknot shirt, with a pair of dark red skinny jeans, and a pair of black vans. I added a green wrist band and called it a day. I grabbed my phone and stuck it in my pocket before grabbing my keys and heading, putting on my black leather jacket, and heading down stairs.
I headed strait into the kitchen to the fridge. My mother sat a plate of bacon and eggs on the counter. I grabbed some orange juice and sat down at the counter and started to chug the carton until my mother hit me upside the head.
"Don't be a pig, Jasper."
"Sorry mom," I said before digging in to the food. I was halfway done when my phone buzzed. I checked it to see it was a text from my best friend Ethan.
- Dude, I need a ride. Mom took my keys for cursing out Marcus. I hate that guy -
I got up. "Gotta go mom."
"Okay, Sweetie, love you."
"Love you too, mom."
I headed out to my dark grey Charger. I backed out and headed down the street to Evan's house. He lived down the street across from mine. I honked when I got outside of his house.
"Whatever, Mom," he shouted as he stepped out of the house. He got in the car with an aggravated expression. "You could've text to let me know you were on the way."
"What am I, a chick?"
I turned around and headed down the road to school. Evan turned on the radio and that song Popular Song came on. God, I hated this fucking song.
