These are some headcanons I made up myself sorry if some of them do exist I probably haven't seen them, Hopefully my headcanons wont be ones you have seen before (it is what I am aiming for).
My headcanons can differ from being normal to depressing...
It seems like countries with a large landmass grow up quicker than others with smaller landmasses (bad economy or not), this is shown with America and its the same for Russia, however his growth was extremely accelerated more so than America's. Which is why this offical Himaruya art says this (sorry if its hard to read):
