These are some headcanons I made up myself sorry if some of them do exist I probably haven't seen them, Hopefully my headcanons wont be ones you have seen before (it is what I am aiming for).
My headcanons can differ from being normal to depressing...
Germany looks like HRE because he was born in the same body which was HRE (which is also why he wasn't born as a baby) because it is the body that represents the land of HRE and Germany, he suffered many hardships as a child because his health was bad from it being leftover from HRE, but after awhile he got over it because after all he is a different person and his increasing economy helped his health!
