So while he is at work or in college classes, I'm at home since it's summer break. But i only have a month of no school left. Then it's to high school! I've noticed that i don't really remember my childhood. I can barely even remember my sixth grade year.
Anyways, my skills. I'm wanting to be a pastry chef. I love baking and sweets. I've actually been getting better. I've baked cakes, cookies, muffins, and coffee cake. I've also made spaghetti, chilli, and frozen pizza. I think that's about it for now. I'm learning. I have to learn how to make strawberry shortcake, cause it's his favorite dessert.
Cooking and baking is fun. And i would love to have that as my job. Honestly though, i don't think I'll be able to go to the college i want to. I won't allow him to help me either. I'll probably start working soon to save up money. I am turning fifteen. I'm not really a child anymore, even though i sometimes act childish.
