Paris' superhero duo meet Superman & Wonder Woman

Chpt. 7: Kidnapping of Chloe Bourgeois

The night before the gala, Marinette had finished creating the dresses for herself & Alya.

The next day, Marinette called Alya about finishing up their dresses for the gala, and told her to come to her house so they can get ready. Alya gasped at the sight of the 4 dresses Marinette made.

"I made two different dresses for you, because I didn't know which one you'd want to wear. Whichever 1 you want to wear, get dressed in it. If you want to, you can take the other dress back home with you after the gala," Marinette explained to Alya.

"I'm going to wear the purple 1-shoulder dress. Girl, you ARE the best!!!" Alya said as she hugged her BFF.

After Marinette & Alya got dress and got the things they needed, they made their way to Hôtel de Ville. There, they saw Chloe in a dark golden yellow dress with Sabrina. They moved past her to avoid eye contact, and came across Adrien & Nino.

"Wow, Alya. You & Marinette look amazing. Where did you get those dresses?" Adrien said.

"Oh, Marinette made them. You'd be surprised how long it took me to talk her into wearing her hair down like it is now," Alya said.

(Marinette waved nervously at Adrien) "You, uh, look very handsome, Adrien," Marinette managed to say without stammering.

"Thanks, and you look quite amazing yourself," Adrien said giving a wink to her.

"Looks like they're playing some music. Marinette, you want to join me?" Adrien asked holding his hand out.

"I-I'd love to and all, but I don't know how to dance," Marinette said.

"I can help with that. Whatever happens, just follow my lead and trust your instincts," Adrien said.

(Marinette gulps) "Well, okay if you insist," Marinette says talking Adrien's hand.

Alya gives her BFF 2 thumbs up at her accomplishment.

As they danced the night away, Chloe was looking at the two with an angry face. She was about to do something until the electricity suddenly went out, & Shock Wire, Silver Banshee, and Lex Luthor in his mechanized suit appeared at the top of the stairs.

"Don't worry everyone. We're not here to harm you all. We're looking for someone, and if she comes quietly, then we'll reconsider tearing apart the building," Silver Banshee says while laughing evilly.

Everyone was in fear, while Alya was recording everything with her phone. Marinette & Adrien managed to sneak by everyone to find places to transform. Clark Kent (Superman) & Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) also managed to find places to change.

(Shock Wire appeared on the floor and walked slowly.) "Where is Chloe Bourgeois?" Shock Wire asked.

(Chloe and Sabrina hid behind her father in fear.) "What do you want with my little girl?" Mayor Bourgeois asked.

"Don't worry, Mr. Bourgeois. As long as your child cooperates, she won't be harmed," Lex Luthor said.

Shock Wire used her powers to grab Chloe, just as Ladybug and Cat Noir appeared ready to fight.

"Everyone, for your own safety, leave the building. Mayor Bourgeois, take your daughter & her friend to safety. We'll buy you as much time as we can," Ladybgu said.

"Yes, Ladybug. Come, girls," Mayor Bourgeois said to Chloe and Sabrina.

As the Mayor and the girls ran, Silver Banshee caught up to them, & used her sonic scream to knock them out unconsciously. While the Mayor and Sabrina were out, Chloe ran only to find Luthor grabbing her and taking her away. Superman and Wonder Woman appeared before Luthor made it far. While Silver Banshee was helping Luthor, Shock Wire was dealing with Ladybug & Cat Noir.

"Lila, you need to stop this! I know that Chloe hurt you, but that doesn't mean you have to hurt others to get revenge," Ladybug said trying to reason with her.

"Oh yes it does. And I won't stop until Chloe pays for what she did not only to me, but every other person who was hurt because of her," Shock Wire said as she continued to attack the superhero duo.

When Ladybug and Cat Noir were pinned down, Hawkmoth contacted Lila.

"Do it now! Take their miraculouses!!!" Hawkmoth said.

Before Shock Wire could reach for their miraculouses, Silver Banshee was thrown to her, & the superheroes were free. Luthor blasted a krytonite energy blast at Superman, weakening him long enough to grab Chloe. By the time, Wonder Woman saw Superman down, Luthor was already gone with Chloe too.

Knowing they wouldn't stand a chance against all the superheroes, Shock Wire managed to find a way to distract them long enough for her and Silver Banshee to escape.

"Is Superman okay?" Cat Noir asked.

(Superman groans) "I'll be fine, but Luthor got away with Chloe."

(The Mayor and Sabrina appear) "Is my daughter going to be all right???" the mayor asked in a worried tone.

"Don't worry, Mayor Bourgeois, I promise you, we will bring Chloe back alive and well. For now, alert the police and tell citizens to stay safe until the villains are dealt with," Ladybug said.

(The Mayor nods his head yea, & Sabrina hugs Ladybug) "Please bring Chloe back," Sabrina said.

"Don't worry, young one. Just like Ladybug said, we will bring her back," Wonder Woman said reassuring.

With that, Mayor Bourgeois sent the message out, Alya went home and uploaded the video of both the fight & the Mayor's conversation with the heroes to her blog, and the 4 heroes set out to find Chloe & the villains.
