Ametis had fallen asleep in Kha's arms and that was where she awoke. It was a nice, beautiful feeling. She fluttered her eyelids and adjusted her gaze to the room, it was not sunrise yet, and she still had no idea why she woke so early. Her arm went up and touched Kha's arm just beneath her breasts. Kha's hand flinched at her touch and he hugged her body even tighter, as if he was afraid she would disappear if his hold was loose.
Ametis ran her hand delicately over his muscular arm and up to his shoulders. The toned bare skin of the god felt good under her skin, but then again, everything felt good. It was during the night that Kha had pledged his love to her. A great significant act, which they both admired.
However, everyone was yet to know and Ametis was no fool to know many would not be impressed with the pairing—especially their own families. The least worst thing was getting banished. She imagined Hathor, darkness and anger clouding her eyes as he stares Ametis down and runs a sword cleanly through her. Gold liquid runs down her parted lips and she falls to the ground slowly, her body hits the floor inaudibly.
If Kha was still alive, Ametis imagined he would destroy Egypt from dust to air. It would have to be Underworld on earth and not heaven. Kha would also, possibly kill her parents for killing her—
"Look at that face," mumbled Kha through Ametis's hand moving across his lips. "Where does your mind take you?"
At the sound of his voice, Ametis turned to look at him with a smile, "nowhere...just thinking."
Hearing her reply, Kha abruptly sat up in bed, the covers falling around his body to his waist. Ametis's hand fell from his face and she looked up at him worryingly. Kha was staring into the distance before he looked at her and suddenly jumped into a series of long questions. "What is wrong? I did not hurt you, did I? By Ra, I am so sorry Ametis." He held out his hand to her and to his surprise Ametis started laughing.
She sat up and took his hand, "hurt me? If you ran a blade through me and it did not hurt me—why would this hurt me? If you want to know, it was beautiful. Come here," she reached up and held onto his defined chin between her forefinger and thumb. "I love you, Kha."
Kha stared into her beautiful golden black eyes with his identical eyes—she meant it. He could see how her eyes shimmered, though the sun had not risen yet, and the only light was the flame torches on the walls. His eyes went down to trace her lips before he leaned in and kissed her.
It was slow at first, but then more passionately and fierce as Kha gripped onto Ametis's waist tightly through the green silk robe she wore. As a response to his movement, Ametis reached for his arms and held them tightly. The more Kha dug his fingers into her waist—the more Ametis dug her nails into his arms. The silk clothing tore apart under Kha's hand before he forced himself to stop. It was too early to go again.
"I love you so, so much," Kha replied between kisses.
Suddenly Ametis pulled away and pressed a finger to Kha's lips, "someone is to enter."
Ametis pulled the bedcover higher and slapped a section of it against Kha's toned and naked chest. He chuckled. Kha's eyes went to the doors of the chamber just as Nawete walked in.
"It is a good sign you are awake, my lord," she bowed her head to Kha and glanced over to Ametis. "You too, goddess."
"Nawete."
"My lord, we have yet to discuss something of great importance. It is your mother—Nephthys's—wishes. General Utgeb fears it is time to," an expression of annoyance crawled across her face, "let the Princess go."
Kha nodded, "I know—"
"It's been days, my lord. Nephthys said if you did not let her go, we will be attacked. I do not care if we get attacked, however General Utgeb does not want the men to fight because it will be a waste of resources. If you see it otherwise, I shall send him the message."
Kha held up a hand and shook his head, "that will not be necessary. Thank you Nawete. Now, please leave—I need to talk with Ametis."
With one last stiff nod to Ametis, the sorceress moved to the doorway and disappeared. Ametis looked up at Kha, her dark hair pooling all around her and down her back. She looked so innocent, like a rose, Kha could only look for what seemed like forever. Her eyes fluttered as she looked back at him.
Ametis smiled, "do not do that, Kha."
This snapped Kha out of his thinking and he threw her a blank look, "do what?"
"You look at me like I am so far away from you, when I am not. I am right here," she reached and touched his bare chest; her fingers lingering over his heart. "And also here, no matter what happens."
Kha placed his hand over hers on his chest and stared into her distant golden eyes, "I do not want to lose you, not now and not ever."
The goddess smiled faintly, "and you will not. I tell to you this."
"Come with me."
"Where?"
"I want to walk with you, I kept you within these walls too long, I want to see the sun on your face. Will you walk with me?"
"I will walk with you, even if it is for the last time."🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Sanhir awoke to the sound of metal scrapping against concrete. The sound was really unpleasant, however, her eyes flew open and stared at the source. It was Niuen's sword that scrapped against the ground as he twisted around in his sleep.
The goddess threw aside her cloak, which she used for cover, and scrambled onto her knees. Her first instinct was to race to the window facing the desert and look outside.
Thankfully the sun had no risen yet, but, it was about to in a matter of moments. The dim blue of the night was lifting, below the desert lay peacful and sleeping. Sanhir swiftly turned back to Niuen and shook him awake.
"Awaken, soldier," she shook him and threw aside his cloak. Shivering from the sudden attack of cold air on his skin, Niuen opened his eyes sleepily and looked up at the goddess.
"Is it time, Lady Sanhir?" The soldier asked, rising to his feet and grasping his sword. He walked to the other window and stared down to the city, "the city is still yet to wake—few soldier walk the streets, but that is all." His eyes scanned over the pair of soldiers walking quietly in the dim streets.
Sanhir nodded, "it is—just before Amun rises over the land. I pray he buys us time, but I am not counting on it. The world needs light to go on. Take the torch and hold it for me," she pointed at the only light source in the room. Niuen reached across and pulled the torch stick down into his grasp. "Hold it steady. If anyone sees the light moving in the tower, it will be obvious and we will have failed everyone."
Hands gripping the torch firmly, Niuen watched Sanhir reach behind her shoulder to her striking grey sword sheath and present her sword out of it. A long and sharp silver blade, with the same design on the arrow presented along it's gleaming body. The goddess lifted her blade and lay it across the flames of the torch within Niuen's grasp.
Sanhir swooped down to the blade and blew on the flames. Niuen watched, his eyes growing bigger by the moment, as the flames responded to the goddess's blowing and started to serpent and swirl around the blade. Finally Sanhir pulled away and they both inspected the silver blade—crawling with orange angry flames.
She looked up to Niuen with a smile, knowing he was impressed. "You can place the torch back in it's hold." She herself pulled the sword away from the torch and held it out. The flames leapt up in the direction the blade faced. Sanhir moved towards the desert-facing window and stood quietly for a moment.
"Are you ready, Niuen?"
"As ready as I'll ever be, goddess." A smiled was fixed on his face as he watched Sanhir lean out the windowsil and spin the sword in a circular motion. The flames leapt one after the other until they formed was seemed to be a continuously revolving ring of fire—the way Sanhir spun it.
"It will be only a matter of time before they arrive—we best be ready," Sanhir lifted her head when out of the distant desert darkness came the reply signal. They received the message. "Come Niuen," she killed off the flames and placed her sword back in it's sheath—over her shoulder. "We must meet the others and let them in."
They both collected their belongings and ran down the stairs.
Hope you enjoyed that. Sorry HellprincessI, they just did the nasty at the top. Your smut was sooooooo graphic, girlfriend. 😉😂
