My lullaby: Chapter Six

Amelia got home fast, having arrived home after her encountered with the weird creeper made her anxious. She still felt like something was following her just waiting to attack her and she quickly got into her home slamming the door and locking it with all the locks it had. She then ran around the house locking all the doors that lead outside before finally going up to her room where she dropped her book bag and stripped.

She changed into some baggie sweats that represented her school and a random t-shirt of the band, We Are The Ocean. She then redid her pony tail putting her brown her up into messy bun on top of her head and she was ready to go down stairs again her dog, Belle, happily following her wanting food.

She went into the kitchen grabbing the box of Chees-zits and a can of dog food. She opened the can of dog food first dumping it out in Belle's food bowl before dumping the can into the trash can. She then opened the box of Chees-zits grabbing a hand full and stuffing the crackers into her open mouth. She climbed into the kitchen counter thinking about what the stranger had said. Who was he talking about? She couldn't get that out of her mind as she ate a few more Chees-zits.

Suddenly there was a knock at her door and she frowned in confusion as Belle barked loudly rushing to the front door sniffing it. When Amelia got there though, Belle was whimpering and whining looking at her afraid. Amelia picked up the small pup trying to calm her down as she unlocked the door opening it to see her creeper. He smiled at her as

her dog gave out a loud yelp before jumping out of Amelia's arms and hiding behind her legs. Amelia's heart began to jump in her rib cage hammering away. Did he really follow her home?!

Amelia glared at the creeper as he continued to smile at her. "Do you like following me or something?" She asked annoyed at the man that was on her door step. The guy looked down at her before saying, "You just smell so delicious, right now." He licked his lips before continuing, "You know i haven't eaten in days."

Amelia glared at the guy. "Didn't you say in the bookshop i smelled horrible? What changed? I didn't put something on." She ignored the fact that he hadn't eaten. It didn't bother her and didn't see why she needed to know such extraneous information. Her creeper laughed at her and reached out to touch her face, or tried to as she flinched away. But flinching away didn't do anything at all because he stopped on his own, his facing turning into a ugly snarl as he hissed, "That was your scent you stupid human...invite me in...I need some food." He glowered down at her and she glared back. "I'm not inviting you anywhere if you insult me like that...human. Did you forget you're one too?"

The other chuckled loudly before smirking at her. "You really don't know anything do you?" Amelia once again was confused at what the other said to her but tried to not let the creeper see it on her face. "Would you just leave me alone please. I got better things to do than talk to someone like you." She stated before closing the door in the

other's face. She smiled in her own satisfaction in doing that, secretly having always wanted to do that to someone. She picked up her dog again before wondering off to the living room.

Amelia couldn't help but notice the big sheet covering the broken window. It made her think of the guy with the long lushes blonde hair and dark eyes his lean body and that night she had to take care of him. She wondered where he was now, if he was Injured again or in danger. She signed as she put her dog down onto the couch and was

about sit down as well when she saw a shadow in behind the sheet of plastic covering the window.

At first her heart jumped thinking it was a murder or a robber thinking he'd get easy access with the window. But then she thought of the creeper who wouldn't leave her alone she growled. Couldn't he leave her alone? She stalked toward the window ripping one corner away from the windows frame so she could look outside to the figure that stood there. Of course it was her creeper and she stepped out from the window frame letting the plastic drop as she pushed him away from the window as hard as she could. He barely moved, his one foot just moving back to balance himself as he looked down at her surprised

"Can't you leave me alone?!" she exclaimed angrily annoyed with the man infront of her who wouldn't go away. She was even more angry her shove hadn't done anything. It deflated her ego and she glared up at the creeper infront of her. He suddenly broke out laughing. "I will now that I can finally getting some that delicious warm blood of

yours." she was shocked at what the other said more confused as her body was suddenly plucked from where she was standing and her head was pushed to the side. She then felt the intense pain of sharp teeth piercing her neck. At that moment she then figured out she didn't like the position she was in.

She began to struggling as she tried to talk, yell out but doing so made her muscles in her neck tense up and make her go weak in pain. The physco that was infront of her sucking on her neck chuckled to himself. She closed her eyes trying to keep her ears of angry away as she growled out. She wanted to scream and yell out for help but she felt so paralyzed. It made her enormously scared and she didn't like it.

But suddenly her body dropped heavily to the floor and she only hand enough strength and time to catch herself before her head hit the ground. She whimpered at her own body’s weakness at that moment before she heard a crash and rustle of broken twigs and leaves being crumbled under bodies. She wondered what was going on as she tried to come with terms with what just happened to her. Her only thoughts were that the stupid creeper had turned out to be a physco who sucked blood. Wannabe vampire. That's all she could come up with. What else was she suppose to come up with?

She slowly got herself up onto her feet her hand reaching up to her neck to only feel her blood squish between her fingers. She didn't look at her hand as she brought it down but looked around moving her head slowly. She felt so dizzy and just moving her eyes made her head and vision spin. She got angry at that, pissed off some bastard could think he could do such a thing to her then leave her like this. She wanted to beat up his ass into a tiny square and sell it as a Christmas ornament.

She suddenly heard hisses and snarls making her immediately think of cats fighting and she looked around finding arms and legs poking out of a bush nearby. She walked nearer her mind telling her to run back her house and call the police and let them arrest the crazy creeper. But as she walked closer her heart beating uncontrollably she saw that there was another pair of arms and legs along with the physco’s. This made Amelia confused as she mumbled out breathlessly, "Hey..." she guessed they didn't hear because the two bodies infront of her kept wrestling killing the poor bush which was underneath.

"Hey...Hey!" she eventually shouted and the bodies suddenly stopped as their heads poked out glancing at her. The creeper snarled as she suddenly began to thinking that screaming at the person that had just tried to eat her wasn't such a good idea. But as the physco tried lunge for me the other male grabbed him instantly slamming him onto the floor where he snarled out snapping his jaws as he dugged his fingernails into the dirt trying to break free.

Amelia was really afraid now at the sight she saw and back stepped once glancing up from the growling and snarling creeper to her savor. Her fear immediately vanished as her eyebrows came together in confusion as the male she saw was the very same new student that had annoyed the crap out of her in her last period. She glared at him suddenly very suspicious of the whole thing going on and he looked back at her. He smiled seeing that it wasn't going to be returned and instead shrugged as he climbed on top of the other man. He shoved the man’s face into the dirt as he leaned down looking like he was whispering in his ear before her creeper suddenly howled out in what seemed like agony and rage. Her classmate climbed off the man as he mumbled something too low  for her ears to hear. At that moment her heart was pounding in her ears as the world began to spend rapidly and she tried to stay focused on the scene before her.

The creeper growled once more snapping his jaws like an angry dog but he didn't attack as he shifted his eyes to look at her. He hissed before turning and running off. She was confused at how easily he went without a payment of some kind before he ran off. But she was suddenly focused on her classmates who was walking toward her, his dark hair blew into the wind as his dark eyes looked down at her. They seemed to consume her as she looked back up at them. But she couldn't concentrate as her vision began to blur and she felt herself falling.. falling into darkness.
