Tap That Ass

Getting up early I went to Sam's Club at seven in the morning; having a business membership I was granted early entry into the establishment. At first I was going to wake everyone but I decided to go at it alone. It was for the best, because I would be in and out in no time. What I found waiting on me at my home was nothing short of what the hell. I arrived to see my grandson wailing, Wendy arguing with her mother, and my son was nowhere to be found. I didn't have time to focus on his whereabouts because I was too darn pissed off about Kay being in my home without me being present. If that is not a hot comb situation waiting to straighten her ass out; I don't know what is. There was so much noise going on that I could not think. Taking Ro' into my arms I held him close and calmed him down. Putting in him his big boy chair, I gave him a bowl of ice cream and turned on some cartoons to keep him out of the way. Clutching my fists I stormed back into the front room.

"Everybody shut the hell up!"

Energy hotter than lava stirred in me and I was not to be toyed with. Getting both of their attention, I started in on Kay first.

"What are you doing here Kay?" turning my head slightly to the right side while giving her a hateful look.

"Oh as if you didn't know, I came to see my grandson" she huffed spewing a nasty tone.

"Look here you cross-eyed heffa. Don't come to my home with no bullshit, you are not welcome here unless I say so. Wendy had no right to invite you over here without my permission."

"Cross-eyed? Bitch, you got the game all messed up. First of all, if you didn't have my daughter here; I wouldn't have to be here. Also, how dare you try to keep her and my grandson away from us?"

We argued back and forth with each other for a while and every chance she got she kept calling me out of my name: bitch - this or bitch - that. I chuckled at the word bitch; because what this sewer sucking slime ball didn't know was that I was not offended. I took my thumb and let it gracefully touch the tip of my nose. Stepping to her, I made sure that I was all up in her face; bumping her was my way of telling her that I will lay hands on her.

"Arguing with a simpleton like you won't get me anywhere; so let's just do this... bitch!"

Before I knew it my left hand was all up in her face pushing her back away from me. Catching herself from falling over, she came at me swinging her arms like a windmill. Wendy jumped between us and tried to keep us from fighting. I was really shocked about how she reacted. Truth be told, if that was the other way around; we would've jumped that ass.

"Mom, stop it! You came over here after I told you not to. All you do is ruin things for me? She didn't try to keep us from you; I chose not to come around. So what if I am trying to fight for my family to stay together; that is my right" Wendy poured out enough tears for all of us.

Kay went to reach for Wendy but she backed away from her. Kay looked at me with daggers in her eyes as if I was the cause for her baby turning her back. Little did she know that I felt that pain too once; as a matter of fact it was when my son and all of them rejoiced at the baby's birth without me. Kay tried to get close to her again but Wendy only pushed her away.

"Leave, just leave already. When you want to see your grandson, I will bring him over to you."

"Kay it is time for you to leave my house. Enough is enough already. Stop trying to make this girl hate me for whatever reason it is that you hate me" Holding the door open I waited for her to walk out.

"I don't hate you for the record, I just don't like that fact that you walk around here thinking that you are better than us."

As she walked out the door, she flipped the collar on her jacket and turned to me.
