Chapter 2

I walked up to the front door of our house and felt unsure of what I just heard. It made me feel very worried for some odd reason, usually I don't feel this way at all. I shook the thought out of my mind and I changed into a human again. I was naked walking into the front door it was, of course unlocked because the pack left it open from grabbing the pizza that was delivered a bit ago. So I ran up the stairs into my room grabbing the clothes I threw off me not long ago. I put them on and went downstairs and found four boxes of pizza opened. Three of them, already devoured and missing the only thing left was grease stains. I grabbed a slice and ate it. The girls were in a silly conversation over something stupid so I didn't pay attention. I didn't feel that hungry to eat the rest of the pizza so I finished my slice and leaned on the counter. Something was oddly wrong other than that I was traumatized not a while ago, which Normani, Dinah and Ally were too but something was up. First my family, second this voice I keep hearing of a girl that sounds like an angel from heaven and third I normally eat a full pizza wolves have a huge appetite which I had none right now.

"Lauren are you okay?" Normani said worried noticing my unusual behavior.

I shook my head no silently getting a little tear in my eye from being stressed out then my best friends gathered around me and all hugged me in a group hug squishing me to death. I cheered up and smiled in the hug wiping my tear away because I don't know what I would do without them. We then broke away from our big hug a few seconds later.

"Do you wanna talk about it Lauren" Dinah asked.

"No I'm good maybe another time" I responded.

"That's okay we are always here for you, and you know that just give one of us a holler" Ally said with enthusiasm.

Then Normani spoke "Guys wait sorry to ruin our moment but-" a playful smack on the cheek cut off Mani by Dinah.

"Girl you ruined it the moment you joined the group hug" Dinah stated and laughed.

Ally, Dinah and I laughed hysterically over the joke. Normani turned around frustrated and started heading towards the stairs.

"I'm messing mani!" Dinah said while running toward the pissed girl and jumped on her back falling to the ground dragging Normani with her Mani then burst into laughter.

"I know I know but get off me." Normani said giggling.

I nudged Ally standing next to me mouthing the words to scream dog pile and jump on them in three two..

"DOG PILE!" We screamed and jumped on the two girls on the floor.

Laughter filled the room and i swore for a minute I forgot about everything which was a big relieve. Then we all stood up and laid on the couches in the living room.

"Guys I was gonna say before I was rudely interrupted, since it's our last growing year and we didn't finish high school we should probably go back." Normani explained.

High school no way what was this girl thinking, honestly why would I want to waste my time sitting in a classroom but actually i do have a lot of time. Wolves grow till they are 18 and stop aging after that so basically we live forever. I mean it wouldn't hurt to graduate and never step foot in a school ever again so it sounded fine by me.

"Sounds good so this Monday which is the day after tomorrow we will go to hell, I mean school and graduate and never go back again sign me up." I said excited.

"Ugh only for you Lauren I'm stepping in a stupid school so I can never go into one again." Dinah sighed.

"great hey ally does it sound good to you?" I looked over at the girl half asleep on the couch trying her hardest to keep her eyes open.

"Yep whatever I'm going to bed night." Ally said as she ran upstairs.

Dinah and Normani wrapped in blankets fell asleep on the two separate couches a few minutes after Ally left and Dinah was resting her head on my leg like a pillow. I started to move then she snored, trying not to wake her I grabbed the pillow near me and slipped it under her head. Lucky me she didn't awake and I quietly tip toed up into my room. I changed into some shorts and laid down in my bed thinking. I heard water running and I thought it was a creek but it was a shower. I sat up from my bed and opened one of my duffel bags finding my iPhone and looking at the time. The time was 2:48 am who on earth would be taking a shower at this time?

I set my phone on my night stand then I listened carefully the shower stopped then a minute later I heard that beautiful voice once again but she was praying ,"I know it's a lot to ask for but please don't let Austin my boyfriend ever breakup with me I've heard that he's going around flirting with other girls but he makes me so happy so please thank you amen."

Who's this Austin boy? What in the world does he think he's doing if he's going around flirting with every chick on the block? If I see this boy I'm gonna smack him. Wait... Then all of a sudden it hit me, out of no where I figured it out. why I'm feeling so strange and I hear this girl's voice sound so heavenly I... I... No I couldn't have.. I know I'm not the straightest person in the world but I couldn't have. I don't even know the girl I don't even know her name this can't be happening. No wonder why I stood in the living room thinking about this all and I feel so weird about it, its because... I just... I just... This can't be happening it shouldn't be happening.
I just moved here she has a boyfriend I've just imprinted on this girl.
