"Jayd?" Simon's morning voice asks, confused causing me to moan before rolling over, trying to get away from the voice.
Wait.
Why am I with Simon?
I reluctantly open my eyes and look around. Yep, this is definitely Simon's room, and the person next to me is definitely Simon.
I moan yet again before sinking back into the bed, throwing the covers over my head, trying to escape this situation and my headache.
"Jayd, what are you doing here?" Simon asks still confused, not seeming hungover. I honestly barely remember last night.
"Jay!" somebody shouts from across the hall causing me to let out a whine.
"Simon, have you-" they start but cut themselves off, probably seeing that Simon's clearly not alone. "Oh."
"Why is she here?" Simon asks, but not in a rude way. He's just confused, although so am I.
"Why is she in your bed?" the voice asks. This time I recognise it as Josh's.
"I don't know," Simon says, and the covers are yanked off of me. The lights are on causing me to moan yet again and flip over, so my face is in one of Simon's pillows.
"Jay, come downstairs and I'll get you some water and pain killers," Josh says, and I let out another whine. This is usually how I talk when I'm hungover, so it's very normal. "Jay."
"Downstairs is so far," I whine into the pillow causing my voice to be muffled, and Josh sighs before lifting me off the bed. "What time is it?"
"Nine," Josh answers quickly causing me to moan yet again. I shouldn't be up this early when I'm hungover. Josh helps me stand before I lean into him, still trying to escape the lights. "Come on, we're going downstairs."
Josh and I go downstairs and into the kitchen where he gets out a glass and some painkillers before filling the glass with water.
He sets it in front of me before sitting down across from me.
"I'm sorry," I mumble before taking the painkillers and drinking some of the water. Josh watches me, probably thinking about what he should say.
"It's fine Jay. I just didn't want you driving home, which you seemed pretty set on doing," Josh says and I break our eye contact, embarrassed. "You also seemed pretty interested in my beard."
"Your beard?" I question, laughing. The mood already beginning to lighten up.
"Yeah, you said it was very pretty, and you kept trying to touch it," Josh laughs causing my cheeks to heat up. Drunk me is so embarrassing. "You also said Simon was pretty."
"To Simon?" I ask, even more embarrassed now.
"No, he was sleeping, but you called him pretty and then shushed me, because you thought Simon had a girlfriend," Josh says and I take another drink of my water, smiling.
"He could have a girlfriend to be fair," I point out and Josh shakes his head causing me to furrow my eyebrows. What else did I say?
"You thought his girlfriend was Harry," Josh chuckles causing me to laugh. Harry and Simon, how adorable.
"Yeah, and then you called me black," an unfamiliar voice says causing me to look towards the entrance of the kitchen. I narrow my eyes before remembering Josh saying this is JJ.
I quickly look away and back to Josh, sending him a look that says help me.
"JJ calm down, she was drunk. She wasn't being racist," Josh defends causing me to send a slight smile to him. JJ really hasn't liked me since the beginning, and I feel really awkward in his presence.
