A/N: I messed up with the sequence so there's two chapters for day 04.

Yesterday felt like a long gone memory. Josh with the rest of the gang, came rushing in the house just after they heard what happened. Cameron told me to pack all my things and that I would be staying at their house for a while. Of course I agreed to since I can no longer look at this house without feeling the horror of the previous events.
That evening, we made our way to Greg's lake house just outside Timburg. The first thing everyone did was sleep, especially Amy and I since all our adrenaline has been used to the full extent. I can say that it was all traumatizing, but I have the best support system.
The first thing anyone has said to me this morning was about my parents and it was Josh. "Your dad was proven guilty as he admitted later what he did. Your mother woke up from unconsciousness and is now being subjected to trial." Despite of the things that has happened, I still cared for them even thought they never seemed to care for me.
I didn't say anything, I just nodded at Josh and leaned on his shoulder as if letting these entire scheme sink in.
It was as if the universe knows my heart and the sun was shining as glorious as it can be. I do hate the sun, but the sunny weather in the middle of the forest lake is my kind of thing since there are trees to seek shade into. Nonetheless, the day is full of promise.
Amy decided it would be the best day to take a swim at the lake and everyone agreed to. I was then forced to wear something less attractive like a long-sleeved Speedo with a matching shorts because my boyfriend is getting a little bit hormonal about seeing half of me naked and knowing that our friends would in fact see me half naked. I was mumbling with tiny cutsie curses as I made my way to the lake.
Before I knew it, I was thrown into the water. With it, it felt like I'm drowning my old self and welcome the new Frankie. As I immersed from the body of water, I felt better, in fact the best. I gave my friends a glare but everyone was smiling, laughing and my heart was swelling with immense joy. This is so picture perfect that I let my eyes capture the moment which I know for sure will stay with me forever.
