Chapter 16 The Floorboard

Terrance's POV

"SHAN JUST LISTEN!"

"NO BYE CAMMIE. I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU AGAIN."

"Woah what was that," my boyfriend asks breaking away from my lips.

"Hhhh that little problem I tried to solve earlier."

"I don't think you solved it."

"Hey," I say and smack his arm playfully.

I hear a car speed off and then I look at him again.

"Come on let's go check it out."

I follow him out the door and can barely make out figure standing alone in the parking lot.

I hope it isn't Cammie. It's Cammie. God, why is life such a bitch to her?

As we get closer I see her start to sway a quickly run up to her calling, "Cammie!"

My boyfriend catches her and quickly lowers her to the ground.

"Woah. Is this the girl who you met at lunch that one day? "

"Yeah." Is all I can reply; looking worriedly over her.

"Soooo why did she almost just pass out on the ground?" He snaps at me.

Breaking out of my thoughts I say, "Well hell if I know! I think it had to do something with Shannon driving off."

"But who's that!"

"Her "girlfriend"," I make air quotes around the word not thinking that was the status of their relationship right now.

"Terrance I think we need to try and get her awake."

"Yeah, okay."

I help him situate her in his lap and gently start shaking her and calling Cammie."

I watch as her eyebrows frown and she licks her lips. "Hey Cam. Wakey Wakey."

"Uh what." She says coming to. She trys sitting up, but immediately falls back down putting a hand on her head and groaning.

After a few seconds I ask, "Cam what happened?"

"Well..."

Shannon's POV

I speed quickly away from the parking lot. I try and let all of the thoughts leave my mind because I know of any enter; they're sure to be bad.

I cannot believe Cammie kissed me! Some nerve she fucking has. Sometimes I wish she never would've had to come live with us. I mean she tried to kill herself. It kind off her fucking fault she's in the situation she is anyway! And where are her fucking parents. Why don't they come and take her away! Actually, they probably don't want her because she's a fucking lesbian and just goes and decides to kiss random girls. Well I guess I'm not getting out of this one. Ya know...
