Cammie's POV

I wake up to Shannon moving slightly and I move back to rest my head in her chest. This is how it's been for almost a little over a week now... ever since we said it. We flirt around each other all day and end up sleeping entangled all night. Shan's mom thankfully hasn't questioned it yet, probably thinks it's to watch over me or something.

A couple days after the incident we heard a knock on the door. Guess who it was. Go on, guess. Jackson! I know big whoop. He wasn't here for very long because after the door opened I socked him in the face. Didn't even let him get a word in. Shan tried to act mad at me but after he abruptly left she told me good job and spun me around the house. We even almost kissed again.

It happens a lot actually. We'll be making breakfast and both turn to each other at the same time. Or maybe we'll crawl into bed together at night and I think she's going to kiss me on the lips, but it always fall short and lands on the cheek or the forehead.

A sigh escapes me thinking about it.

"Hey baby," Shannon says in her cute morning voice just waking up. Her eyes are barley open.

"Hi Shan." I say in an equally pitched voice as she goes to kiss me on the lips.

"You ok," she says opening her blue eyes now. God, I could just stare into those forever.

"Yeah," I smile still appreciating her gaze, "I'm fine."

What was I worried about again? This girl has me on drugs or something.

"Good," she comes in for a kiss but abruptly changes her directory of my forehead again.

That's what I was thinking about.

"Did I ever tell you Cam," She says as she rolls on top of me resting on her elbows... So close to my face. "That I friggin love your eyes? I could seriously stare at them all day."

"Did I ever tell you how smooth you are Shannon B? And I could stare at your eyes all day to?"

"Good because that means I'll be able to look at yours to."

I giggle at her charm and she rests her head on my chest again. I can faintly see rays of sunshine pecking through the window casting a warm glow in the room.

I close me eyes and just feel her against my chest. I knowing that I won't be able to fall asleep and neither will Shan but we both seem to just relish the fact that we can just sit a rest together. It puts both of us at ease and I'm, I guess, to in love with this girl to notice anything else.

After about fifteen minute Shan raises her head and says, "You hungry?"

"Yeah, I could eat," and I smile at her.

She returns it and rises off of me. I immediately feel my senses returning after shes away from my proximity.

I get up after her and neither of us bother changing we just head downstairs. I guess we're having a lazy Sunday morning.

Shan starts getting our Coffee ready at the counter and I walk up behind her; reaching my arms around and resting my head on her shoulder. I turn my head and kiss her neck lightly. I can feel her smile.

"Hey Girls," I here Debbie say walking in from her room.

Shan tenses up and removes herself from my grasp.

Okay that was weird, hopefully I wasn't doing anything bad.

"Hello, Ms. Beveridge."

"Oh please Cam call me Debbie I've told you that before."
