Chapter 5

" So who's Top hat ? " Cole asked me as we walked to math. 

" We'll I can't exactly tell you that now can I ? " I say mischeviously. 

" Ahh come on. I won't tell. I'm a highly Koala-fied secret keeper. " He said and I burst into a laughing fit. 

" Did you. *Gasp* Really. *Gasp* Say that ?! " I said trying to stop laughing and failing epically. 

" Psh you're darn right I did. You know you loved it. " He said playfully pushing me. 

" Whatever. " I said rolling my eyes. 

Suddenly our nice little conversation was interuppted by an insanely excited Carston pulling a chuckling Dalton behind her. They stop right in front of us barely stopping before she bounces up and down excitedly. Oh no what'd they do ? 

" Woah calm down little pony. What's got you all excited ? " I ask knowing I'll regret it later. 

" I MADE FRIENDS WITH FIREMEN ! " She shouted causing Dalton to laugh harder. 

" What ? How'd you do that ? " Cole asks confused. To which she glared at Dalton. Okay now I'm really lost. 

" I- She- They- " He was laughing so hard it took him a good 10 minutes to stop long enough to explain. Well looks like I'm not going to English today. Oh well I'll try again tomorrow. 

" Okay so you see I dared- " 

" Start from the beginning that way it lasts all class. I hate Science class and Mrs. Burns hates me. " Carston said and I couldn't help but laugh. The science teachers always have it out for her for some reason. I personally think it's her shy persona and hyper active bubbly secret self. I look up from my thoughts and now everybody's staring at me. Oh I think they said something. Maybe I should answer them and stop just staring like a lost puppy. 

" I'm sorry what ? " I ask pretty lost. 

" Do you want to hear from the beginning ? " Dalton and Carston said in perfect sync. 

" Woah that was scary. " Cole and I said accidentally doing the exact same thing. 

" Holy fudge nuggets ! You did it too ! " They said doing it again before looking at each other. 

" Oh... My... Gravy..." I said mouth agaped and slightly creeped out. 

" Gravy ? " Cole whispered in my ear. 

" Carston and I take food very seriously. Gravy is just what came out. " I whispered back. 

" Monkey walrus skunk liver with a side of Rapattoni ravioli ! " They both shout at the same time. 

" What the actual hopscotch is going on right now ? " I said eyes buldging out from how creepy that just was. On so many levels I might add. 

" I think Dalton just found his wife...." Cole answered looking just as creeped out as I was. 

" Hey ! " They both chimed again. 

" QUIT FUDGE POPPING DOING THAT ! " I scream getting more terrified with every perfectly synchronized word they say. 

" NOT THE FUDGE POPS ! " Carston shouts dramatically leaning over on Daltons shoulder fake sobbing. How did she become my best friend anyway ? 

Dalton glared at me playfully and Cole bursts out laughing. We all soon follow as we realize how weird this whole thing was. After our laughs sobbered a bit I turned back to Carston. 

" So how did you become friends with the firemen ? " I asked curiously and she grinned evily. Yep I now regret asking....
